It's my understanding on this situation that Tierra followed our policy to the tee. What exactly does " get comfortable " mean to you? Have you been to shops before? What you say and what you do when you walk in the door determines exactly how far you will go from there. I talked to both attendents that were present that day and both confirmed that you DID NOT "get comfortable", and you were asked 3 times. I suggest that you become educated with the protocol of do's and don't that come with this type of hobby. I'm sure some of the members on this site will be glad to inform you on what to say and do when comming into a shop for the first time.

As always whenever there is a complaint made I try to do whatever I can to rectify the problem. I have no problem comping you a free session to cover your inconvience, however you must comply with the " rules of the game".

I apoligize for not answering the phone this week as my grandaughter passed away and quite frankly the biz was the last thing on my mind. Yes, Smackthatass, even us "ho's" as you call us have personal lives too! Please keep in mind that "we" are provideing a service for you that YOU are looking for. No need for disrespect on either side of the fence.

And now you will be disappointed that you will not get spoon-fed information. The one thing that newbies get berated for the most is not using the SEARCH feature that would have yielded you 46 reports on Spring Spa. Seniors don't mind helping those that help themselves.

Just above the first post in any thread is a SEARCH THIS THREAD feature. Clicking it will reveal a blank box in which you can enter some key words, say spring spa, for example. You'll be amazed how that works.

Had a great time for a first visit to Final Touch, I had been researching this for a long time and all the posts were a great help. Very professional, atmosphere was sensual and very unbecoming, you felt right at home there. The attendant Shana was unbelievable, she was nice, beautiful and caring. Will definitely go back again. When I was there I saw Cindy and Taillie, whom I may want to try next.

Great first impression, and definitely not my last time going there!

Did you ever think you got "crappy" service because YOU acted like an ass? I have read many reports on here about Final Touch. With the exception of your "report", ALL of the reviews have been very positive. I have never been to Final Touch but that`s only because of its location in relation to my work/home location. But I definetaly plan on making a visit in the near future.

(a) always done whatever is needed to make things right,
(b) explained the situation to Abe Lincoln2 and offered to comp him to a free session after he learns the ropes of how the business is handled and
(c) most importantly, just suffered a tragic loss in her family. Does she really need to be dealing with a [deleted: personal attack on another forum member] right now?

I agree with CB and also sent a personal note to Cindy. My first experience there was great. Unfortunately, I live out of town and haven't had the chance to get back. Maybe that's a good thing or else I'd be broke! There is definitely a general protocol to follow. When someone says get comfortable, it means just that, get as comfortable as you want ("nekkid"). My experience has been that you (the customer) have to initiate activities. I have been to plenty of establishments around he country and have had my share of disappointments. I would like to join the supporters and say FT is not one of them. In fact, I'd say it is one of my favorites.
