I'm certainly showing my age but I long for the days without cell phones and the internet. Off the grid. You could actually relax and not get bombarded with information that you may or may not give a shit about. Patience was considered a virtue instead of a punishment. Ignorance truly was bliss. Also seeing a lot of complaints in reddit sexworkers forum about not getting any business. The squeeze on the middle class disposable income from inflation has had a huge impact.

Wow
I saw today an idot stopped hazzard on on fulton where Mchenry meets it. An where construction began all traffic to the right know one can get around dropping off 2 girl one little the other with make up on at the young age maybe 14. Hang around the car taking quite a while to get out of the black SUV much to long the teenager talking with this dude and hanging out for far to long I could see the writing on the wall that area the gang kind of boys will have fun with her before long then she will be hooked and out there. Living on that corner most likely junky Mom the poor kid. Bummy guy talking to her blocking the road who doesn't give a shit. Sad sight it does not take anywhere near that long to drop off a person we all on there could see it. Poor kid but I did nothing makes me mad at myself.

People if you need medical advice, see a doctor. If you need a magic trick, read Harry Potter. But if you want magical medical advice, do not look for it or dispense it through online anonymous webpages. The best you can hope to get is someone who may or may not be qualified for one and certainly isn't for the other.

Sarsaparilla "tones the kidneys".
What evidence shows:
Sarsaparilla is a traditional herbal remedy with a long history of use for things like inflammation, skin conditions, arthritis, and general "detox" effects. Some plant compounds in it have been studied in cells or animal models for anti-inflammatory or antioxidant activity, but there's no reliable scientific evidence in humans that sarsaparilla specifically "tones" the kidneys or improves kidney function in a meaningful way. Evidence for most health claims is weak or preliminary at best.
Some sources explicitly note that sarsaparilla may worsen kidney disease or irritate the kidneys in people with existing kidney problems.
Bottom line: The idea that sarsaparilla "tones" or strengthens the kidneys isn't supported by good scientific research, and it could potentially pose risks in people with kidney impairment.
Nitric Oxide (NO) boosters & blood flow.
What evidence shows:
Nitric oxide is a real biological molecule your body makes that plays a key role in relaxing blood vessels and supporting blood flow.
Supplements that increase NO (like L-arginine or L-citrulline) have been studied for effects on erectile function and blood flow, and there's some evidence they can modestly improve aspects of erectile function for some people.
That said, results vary a lot, and NO boosters are not a guaranteed or universally effective treatment for sexual dysfunction.
Bottom line: It is biologically plausible and somewhat supported that increasing nitric oxide can help blood flow and may aid some aspects of sexual function. However, how effective specific supplements are can vary, and many studies are small or limited.
Kidneys controlling sexual function and libido.
This part of the claim is not accurate in the straightforward way it's worded.
The kidneys do not directly "control" sexual function or libido. They're essential for filtering blood and maintaining fluid / electrolyte balance, but sexual drive and performance are primarily governed by hormones (like testosterone), the nervous system, vascular health, and psychological factors.
Nitric oxide influences blood vessel dilation and is important in the physical process of erection, but that involves vascular and neural systems — not direct "kidney control. "
In summary:
Nitric oxide *does* play a real role in blood flow and erectile mechanics.
Sarsaparilla does *not* have strong evidence for "toning the kidneys. "
The claim that kidneys directly control libido and sexual function isn't supported by good scientific evidence — sexual function is multifactorial and not governed primarily by kidney health.
If you're considering supplements for sexual health or kidney function, it's best to talk with a healthcare provider, especially if you have kidney disease or other medical conditions.

"don't BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU SEE ON THE INTERNET"- ABRAHAM LINCOLN.
I appreciate your research but I'm not a traditional practitioner. I use Homeopathic methods and "Eastern" Medical practices that I have been trained in for 20 yrs. I am a Herbalist. I don't take over the counter meds nor do I prescribe to "Western" medical practices. Of course everything is not for everybody; that's why you do your research. I'm 63 yrs old and don't need Viagra, Cialis, or those types of pills because I understand how the body works and the organs that correlate to body functions. I understand if you prescribe to "Western" medical practices that you don't understand herbs and tonics. But I rely on Practices that has been tried and proven for 1000's of years. I don't give "Unproven Opinions"; I give my "Personal Experience".
This is not an argument. We obviously have a "difference" in Methodology, and that's not a problem. I respect your response, but if you want further understanding on how the body's organs affect your emotions and other physical functions, please read:

Are we trying to last longer or get bigger pops?
Only real solution to last longer is do some cardio no?
As for bigger pops Zinc / Calcium pills and Kegel workouts seem to do the trick. Kegels legit work and you really feel it after a few sessions.
Basically just drink a liter of water and when you pee you stop your flow for 3 secs and continue to pee.

I drink pineapple juice before each round, eat watermelon everyday before going to bed. They other key is hydration. On days where I am planning to have sex I make sure to eat Salmon.
I try to make sure I walk everyday for at least 30 minutes.
