First, if a provider wants a wine cooler or condom, she can get it herself with the donation I've given her and after we finish. I'm nobody's personal shopper. And, some guys have reportedly subtracted the cost of anything they did buy the provider from the donation but I wouldn't buy anything in the first place to avoid drama.

I agree with Oz in that the wine cooler could be a tag for robbery. Her pimp can be on the lookout for the "wine cooler dude" when you get near her room and rob you because he knows you have at least enough cash for the donation.
