You pay your money and there is zero up charge to use any of the booths or the room all the way in the back. I have never been when they had the dancers from next door there, so maybe on the days they used to do that things were run differently. I've been to tons of gang bangs there in no problems at all and no charge other than the $10. All arranged ahead of time from other websites though.
