I've been saying for weeks now, that Atwell's is the best choice for both quantity and quality of SW's and in particular the bottom of the hill near the Shell. First of all, it's not like you can just go there and pick up an SW like it was a drive thru. Secondly, if the weather is bad one of two things happen. They either hang out INSIDE the store OR they move to a secondary location.
