Hope this helps..I was pulled over once a few years ago and admitted nothing at all and I was let go. If you say nothing it's hard for them to arrest you.
Here it goes:
Let's say I pull over and invite someone into my car. We drive away and an officer pulls my vehicle over. I haven't commited a crime
The officer might have just cause to pull me over. What he witnessed was a female who he knows to be a prostitute enter a males vehicle in an area that is "infested" with drug dealers and prostitutes. What he witnessed was "Suspected"; he has "Just Cause" to investigate.
So he turns on the Christmas tree lights and you pull over...
LESSON 1: DON'T ADMIT TO ANYTHING - EVER!
The officer probably will leave you in your vehicle and ask your young friend to step to the back. Depending on the SWer and your relationship with her she's going to do one of two things. LIE is one of them. She DOESN'T want to go to jail. And if she get arrested she would appreciate it if the officer charges her with the minimal statute. She likely to cooperate with the officer. So if the two of you talked pay-for-play she'll "implicate" you.
Hopefully you just said hello and didn't get into any $$$ yet. As far as you're concerned you haven't done anything illegal. The officer isn't stupid. He knows you haven't broken the law - and, he knows exactly why you picked up your new female "friend." HE will start a little speach about prostitutes, drug dealers, STDs...yada yada yada... and inform you that your new friend has been arrested numerous times for prostitution and possession...Don't answer anything but, "I haven't done anything wrong. I just offered her a ride...she looked like she needed a lift." REMEMBER - THE OFFICER IS CONDUCTING AN INVESTIGATION.
So let's say you just picked her up; she hops in, does a Jimmy check and the two off you start talking half-and-half, ben - jackson and abe...and then the cop take you down. I'd be real worried about then 'cause she's not going to attempt to lie her way out of it to save your ass. You're both probably going for a ride. If she's lucky with minimum charges if she's not holding any dope. If you're lucky it will be your 1st offense - it still will hurt your wallet.
LESSON 2: THE COP ISN'T YOUR FRIEND Don't give him (or her) too much information. If your friend hasn't already admitted to "solicitation" or your "offer to" then all the officers can hope for is for you to ADMIT YOUR GUILT.
If your friend has already "implicated" you, the officers are probably trying to get you to implicate yourself. KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT! DON'T ADMIT ANYTHING! EVER!!!
Even though she's a known prostiute her accusation alone might get you arrested - it might not get you charged. You might be released without charges at your arraignment. If both of you admit your involvement your both in trouble and will probably be charged.
LESSON 3: DON'T ACCEPT PLEA DEALS (Unless your counsel advises you to) Worst case scenario...you get arrested, prior to your arraignment an ADA (Assistant Disctrict Attourney) might offer you a plea deal. He might say something like, "The arrest report indicates you admitted offering money for sex...If you accept this plea and sign here you can go home in about two hours." If you accept what the ADA just did was clear hours of work from the schedule and increased their conviction stats.
What the ADA doesn't tell you is that there is avery good chance the magistrate at the hearing will accept your plea of not guilty and release you. The only witness against you is a prostitute. She probably doesn't have a permanent address and chances are she won't be in custody when you trail is scheduled, so the likelyhood that she will be around to testify against you is practically nil.
My learned advice: Don't talk business until you know your in the clear. I've been stopped twice since 1989 once in Miami and once in Broward County. The Miami experience sucked, i got arrested, my car got impounded, 2-1/2 day wait for my arraignment, $900 for an attorney and two court appearences to clear the matter up. In 2001 BSO let me off with a warning - there was absolutly nothing they could have done couse we hadn't talked business and I had smartened up.
Davey1965, This is good information and all fellow mongers should take it to heart. Read Dave1965's informative report and learn from it. It is better to learn from others mistakes then to learn the hard way. Good luck to all and stay safe out there.
Good reminder Davey. It all seems so casual, picking her up, exchanging names and other small talk, mostly in the course of one or two minutes.
Then BAM--- Big Trouble!!! Often times we forget the seriousness of our actions out there. The legal issues to our getting caught (and it can happen to any of us no matter how careful we are) are pretty scary. Much better to get a few regulars with working phones. Any time you make a pick-up on the street you are spinning the chamber (with way lower odds) once again.

Cool! I don’t have to do a review on Jackie. I’ll just ditto Runnows’ review. My two encounters with Jackie were nearly the same as Runnows’. Right down to the hands.
Runnow, did you get to meet her roomie? Unfortunate that she was too out of it to be included in Jackie and my plans. I do believe Jackie has received mixed reviews on this forum. However, my time with Jackie was pleasant and rewarding. This only goes to prove that YMMV. Would I see Jackie a second time? I already have.
Hey Runnow, the last time I attempted to contact Jackie her roomie said she was not there. I was park right down the street and observed a nice looking, thin, fairly nicely dressed Black girl enter the building. She had the look of a SW. You wouldn’t know her, would you? A nice looking BSW is rare on the K.

She was nice to me but I could tell that she had another side that I did not wish to see. If you are interested in her I would get to her fast because I am predicting a flame out for her.
Just a few comments on the other review you attached. I would not give her a 13 on looks. I would say a solid 7. I this reviewer’s bad experience was probably caused mostly by the suggestion that he only pay half before the action. At the regular price on the Ave I think that only ends well if you are in a location where she can run and she is planning on ripping you off. I got Jackie for even less than we discussed because I gave her .20 for the .10 house fee and she gave me change but I guess we both forgot when I paid because I ask “I gave you .10 already?” and she said yes. I assume she either forgot or just figured that I was including the .10 for the house in her payment. I was not but did not remember until I later found the extra dime.
If you are looking for her I would suggest 2pm-11pm any night of the week. I saw her out on Tuesday night and Wednesday afternoon.

I am a frequent reader and only post on occasion. Went out to the K last night started at Lehigh and worked my way to the DD. Stopped for coffee and a trip to there bathroom. Had to pass a sleepng drunk or drugged male near the door. Just wandering if anyone else saw this, transit police came and chased him out.
Saw some familar faces in the small crowd just wandering which Monger it was?
Only saw 2 sw's last night it seems as the cold might have kept activity down.
Also there is nothing like good hygene when it cums to personal contact. The sniff test should be the first thing that tells you they are not LE.
I've RTFF and don't see mention of SW activity in Center City. That might be my answer right there...but I thought I would ask anyway. I will be there all of next week (next to City Hall). Any help?

I agree that most of the 'girls' around Center City aren't.
Yet, assuming you don't have a car, there are some possibilities in the blocks of Broad St. south of City Hall. You will need both caution and luck, but they may be found.

Any help?[/QUOTE]If you're without a car, I'm told that there can be a bit of interest within walking distance of City Hall, particularly after 2:00 AM. I hear you can check Pine and Spruce in the area between 11th and 13th, but as previously pointed out, be absolutely certain that no surprises await. There's an inordinately high amount of tv/ts/tg activity in the area (13th & Locust being the locus, pun intended), and part of the problem is that some of them look so damn good. There can, one hears, also be a significant LE presence, too.
On the plus side, if you see Ed there you can say "Hi".

I have cleaned up this thread by deleting a sizeable number of off-topic reports that had nothing to do with the action in Philadelphia.
I gave you guys a Fight Club for you to voice all your complaints about each other, but it hasn't been used for a couple of months as everybody apparently decided to just go right back to cluttering up the main threads. Therefore I have changed the software's settings so that every report posted herein will be moderated by me first before being presented in the thread.
Beginning today, I will delete every report that isn't directly about sport fucking in Philadelphia.

Other then the mention of some traffic light cameras on the Blvd, I don't remember any advance notice on these spy in the skys. Beside these, I seen them on Broad St, near Erie Ave. They have a bright blue light on top and at night they are visable for miles.
They remind me of the cameras in that old movie. Not 1984, but the other one with the firemen.
I would not be surprized if they don't have less comspicuous models already planted about the city.
So there they are, be careful, Big Brother is watching.
