Sure you can. I have done it before. Either asking for one by name or simply asking for new girl. Just be nice about it. But also be prepared to leave if the answer is no and you have either had that one before and the fun wasn't there or she is just plain ugly. LOL.

I know what you're thinking. She wants to know how much tip before she goes to work. Ok so in this instance I say no tip. I get up and say "Finished". One of 2 things will happen at this point: she will either beg you to stay because you're ending the massage early (which MMS will not like and take money away from the girl) so she will give your HE without expecting a tip, OR she will let you get dressed, and you walk out not providing a tip. In this case, you win either way as you get a HE at a cheap rate OR you learn which girl NOT to take the next time you come in.

It's a buyer's market since covid hit. Since most, with few exceptions, are not offering FS, then the HE is the name of the game, and it's not worth. 4 in my opinion. Just isn't. <.
Now, having already said what I said before, I still find it interesting that most mongers, after reading their dreams, are still paying. 4 for the standard. It was too much when covid hit, and its way too much now. If she's offering the standard only, I will determine the tip depending on the quality of service. And believe you me, . 4 will never be given simply because its rare to find someone that can provide the standard just the way I like it. By the way, UTC in my opinion should be considered with the standard ending. Otherwise its a no-go for me.
I will only bargain on more than the standard: CBJ, FS. That's where the waters get a little muddy and I don't mind paying because of what's involved.
Yes, I know. Some of you will say "You're being a dick. These girls work hard for their money. They need money to send back to family. " I get it. I totally get it. However this is not a charity.
