I don't know why people think it's funny to impersonate police officers. I can understand if it's a phishing scam, that's obvious enough. But these guys pretending to be cops...do they think they are improving the world by frightening, or trying to frighten people whose lifestyles they disagree with?

I had something like this happen a year ago or so. Don't know if I mentioned it before, but I got involved with this CL escort thing. Basically, I pretended to be an escort on Craig's List and gave a yahoo id as contact info. From there, I chatted with potential mongers and got them to sign up on some site. Supposedly once they signed up I got paid ($15 a person) and they got hooked up with the real escort.
I got paid alright, but I heard back from a few that the escort I was portraying didn't exist. (Hope that wasn't any of you) So I quit.
Anyway, in the process of doing this, one guy gets to talking, then says he is a cop in Kensington and I am required to come to their station within 24 hours and surrender myself on minor charges or they will come and arrest me and charge me with felony charges.
I just ignored him, but it does make one wonder, what the hell is wrong with people. (Says the guy that use to make money by pretending to be a girl online...)
Yes, it has finally happened. I spent a good portion of last night driving around Vineland, checking out all the places the girls used to be. I roamed up and down Elmer and Grape, down Wood, past the police station, got nothing.
You can't sit in the TravelLodge Motel anymore, they call the cops on your ass for Loitering. You used to be able to pull in there and sit for a minute and the girls would come to you!
The streets offered nothing. I don't know if it was because of the weather, but there was nothing out there. A few drug dealers I saw at the apartments down East, past Chestnut. But no girls out there selling it.
Finally, I made my way back from the apartment, thinking about making one last pass and heading home. I passed this little bodega type place, and there was a girl standing on the corner, and some guy was there too, so I didn't pay her any mind, but then he left and she stayed. So, I went around the block and came back and there she was, and she shot me a look, so I drove ahead and pulled over.
My hopes were let down though. She did come over to the car, but she kept her distance. Very standoffish. She wanted to know what I wanted. I pointed out how cold it was, and said it looked like she was stuck out there. She said she was fine, and I said "ok, I was just going to offer you a ride, but if you dont need one..." then she got in. She told mee to go to 4th and grape and kept asking me cop questions. I didn't think she was one, but she wouldn't come straight out and talk business, and she wanted me to: "So, what's up?" "What are you looking for?" "What's good". I just answered with things like "Everything", "It's all good", and "Everything and Anything".
When we got to 4th and Grape, I figured that she must be a cop, and was going to get out, having been unable to get me to be specific.
Instead, she looked at me and said "Look, what do you want???" and I just laughed and said it was funny how we had to dance around things. So she asked if I was a cop, I told her no and asked if she was. Then she proved she wasn't and we started to talk.
She said her name is "Street". She is a HSW, kinda of heavy, and hasn't worked the streets in a few years. It was just one of things...got lucky, I guess.
Anyway, we agreed on a price and some service. I didn't have a place to go and it's tight quarters in my car, so we kept it fairly simple. I will suffice it to say she is a very reasonable girl. I had a good time, she had a good time.
The only downside was my car got damaged in the process. Don't know if any of you know the spot in Vineland to go to. Not happy.
Still, if you have a small car and are careful, it could work for you.

Because they're selfish bastards filled with hate they decide to make our lives hell. What to us could be much worse than being intimidaded and threatened by a cop?
