My knowledge of the Bluff
Like every other spot in Atlanta the Bluff isn't what it once was but you can still find gems. Like stated in other posts, this area is a huge drug area once being known as the largest heroin trap in the southeast (still might be honestly). It is located primarily in the English ave area but should over into Vine City. Every girl in this area is a user do if that isn't your thing don't bother coming here. Ok now here are some streets that I've been successful on:
Proctor Street.
Ok so this used to be the main drag for me but since the main door houses that are close to the intersection of P and Lowery have been boarded up not nearly as successful as I used to be but action can still be had. Literally any street that intersects Proctor can have girls on in it, it really depends on there need for a fix.
Oliver Street.
Intersects Proctor and girls will sit on the steps of the abandoned church or the will be walking down the street.
Paines Ave.
Usually at the intersection of Paines and Proctor standing in front of the church.
Jett Street.
There is a dope house on the next street over and you will sometimes see girls traveling to or from it.
This should be good start and I'm my opinion these are some of the core streets when trying to find action. Other streets have action such as Neal but in my experience these are the most consistent. Also the gast stations and JJ food mart on lowery are areas that the girls frequent. Another bonus area is North Ave which is across from JJ food Mart. Isn't really for the faint of heart though. Bbif interested in the North Ave just let me know and I can give you details. Hope the information was helpful and I included a pic of the boundaries I found online.
