Way too much traffic during those time. 5th & surrounding area will have more activity during the day after 12 pm. So if you're looking for daytime action that is the area to check out. But both are more active once it gets dark. Basically once it gets dark until sunrise is peak hours for activity.
After the report on 75th and cottage decided to check it out this weekend. Daytime like 2 pm. Drive through and right away see white barbie looking hot. Skinny but not drugged out looking.
