So my question is, what's up with Heather? Is she worth seeing? If she's so bad, why does she stay in business? Is she just crazy and you never know what you might get? Or is nothing ever going to happen with her? Is she truly so BSC you must avoid her at all costs? I've been salivating at her ads for years, but I've always held back because of her, until recently, consistently bad reviews. Has she been born again?

A provider who went by the name of Cici used to work at a place on Bird Road in Miami (she left near the end of August) and, I have been told, recently began working in the Orlando area. She's got a small room right next to the administration area of an apartment complex in East Orlando off of Alafaya Trail. Her room has no facilities. You can use the apartment's public bathrooms, but they don't have showers.
