My range is between $ to $20 also, but this is for a regular 2-Hand.
There are variables. 4-Hand MSOG, or regular 2-Hand with other options on the menu would warrant a sliding scale tip.
The tip would vary and TEHO would be a good guesstimate at best, but logically if the number of items on the Service Menu increased. Ex. , HJ to BBBJ to FS, then it maybe logical to conclude the tip would be on a sliding scale. FIV, Roam, Body 2 Body could be considered an upgrade in the menu, and thus could be worthy of increasing the tip.
4-Hand single shot versus 4-Hand MSOG is different. When I go get 4-Hand MSOG, I make it into a contest for the 2 LMTs. The contest is "Which LMT can make me cum first" or "Which LMT can make me cum the most" within 60 minutes. Three times in 60 minutes was the most by an LMT. If they each accomplish their goal and objective of the game; then they each get rewarded for their work with the appropriate tip. I try to make work fun for all my employees. LMTs are working for that 60 minutes and the game makes it fun. The incentives helps too. Everyone has fun.

However we all know, unless you're blind who the fat, ugly or fugly LMTs are, and "most" of us know who the cute LMTs are, but "looks" are always subjective; for the most part, but there is occasionally that one or two LMT or AMP providers that the mass majority will say is cute.
There are some LMTs you just don't want to look at when they are giving you a HJ, and there are some that you want to look at. Personally I make it a point to never go see the fugly LMTs.
Service could be considered subjective too. One monger may like an LMT's massage and another monger may not. You might think great massage but another monger may say that was a crappy massage. Service is subjective. One monger may like an LMT's HJ and yet another monger may not. So this whole question of tipping is up for debate because it's all subjective. So what is the point? Is this entire subjective topic worth you're time?

Regarding tipping; I agreed with Ck813, and thought what he was tipping to be logical regarding a regular 2-hand with HE. My tipping was similar to his rate for tipping; which appears to be the standard of the forum. Unless there is something else. Please re-read the thread. Please do tell "who is tipping more"?
BTW: You forgot to tell the forum brothers which LMTs you get "FS 3 some for $50". That would really be news. Please read your report number 13645.
