On safety, 9 VIP is in a run down light industrial area. During the day I feel like that makes it more discrete (not a lot of neighbors) but late at night it could be really creepy. A1 is by the convention center but there's a ton of homeless camped out. ADH is 1/2 block from Love City Brewery. As long as the bar is still open you could get a post-massage pint and wait for your Uber there.
Both are open till 4 am most nights! Well lit areas. But ADH always closes around 1 am so if your out late best to do A1 . 12th and Race has 6 massage spots in one city block. The ADH is in an isolated area so it's a one stop or nothing. Plus never on where to park.

I've lived in Philly my entire life and I've lived in center city now 15 years surrounded by all these AMPs I've never in my life had an issue or had to worry about anything scary.
