We are sort of like an underground society and it is very difficult to share are good experiences and especially are bad experiences with people who are not a part of this group. I have just been doing lots of thinking since this incident. This has been one of the longest two days of my life with all the thinking I have been doing.

I agree violence is not the answer and as I had said I am not a violent person so I don't think I would have done anything then attempt to scare her to get my card back. Although that was before I knew she had withdrawn money. At the same time as be said we are human and it is human nature to want to exact some kind of revenge when you have been wronged. I have had all types of thoughts from walking up behind her, saying something and when she turns around just popping her one in the face to thinking about some how tracking her down and getting my money back or taking incriminating photos. In the end it's just torturing myself mentally by thinking up these things.

I have no idea how she saw me type in my pin number. First my driver side window is messed up so when I pull up to the drive thru atm I have to open my car door and step out and reach over my door. That night I didn't pull up correctly. I can't remember exactly what I did but I either pulled up past the atm, just before it or not close enough to it. So I had to actually get out of my car, close my car door to get around to be able to enter my pin. My car is also a small 2-door vehicle that isn't up high like a truck or suv. So I just don't get how she saw it. Maybe she used the video camera in her cell phone? I don't know it's all just so crazy to me.

Today I have to call and file my claim with my bank. I think I will just tell them I picked up a girl at a bus stop and that when dropping her off she offered me a hug and took it from my jacket pocket. That is close enough to the truth for all those concerned. As for the police I am just curious could they really do anything to me? Not that I am thinking of going to see them but I just wonder because does le arrest SW's who go to them after saying they were robbed, beaten up or raped by a monger?

Yes, we all just have to be on our toes at all times. If I would have just put my card into my wallet instead into my jacket pocket this wouldn't have happened. I just hate standing at the atm with my wallet in my hand while waiting for my card and I was just too lazy to retake my wallet out to reinsert my card. Lesson learned always take full precautions when it comes to your money and safety when dealing with SW's.

Also I don't know what that SW was thinking. Does she hope to never see me again? If I get good service with an SW I will 95% of the time pick them up again if I happen to see them. On that note I have to say that SW's only seem to be out for a limited time. Whenever I see a certain SW or group of sws they seem to be out for only a few weeks before they are gone, even the SW's who say they live locally. She told me she has been working for 4 months yet this is the first time I had seen her so maybe I will never see her again. She also said that she lived near Orangewood and Haster. Okay that is enuff for now.

I had a similar thing happen to me about 10 years ago, where a WSW took my ATM and credit cards out of my wallet and went to the ATM to take out the max. $300. She also was in the passenger seat and was able to see me putting in my PIN, which is a good lesson for everyone here to have cash on hand, and DO NOT go to the ATM. Drive thru or otherwise. When picking up SW's. I was able to get my money back, but it made me realize the dangers involved in this hobby, and how vulnerable we men are when in the presence of a woman who is about to give us sex. Luckily, I didn't make much money back then, so I didn't have much to take, but I learned that going to a motel room can be a dangerous position to put yourself in. I decided that when doing a car date, I always stowed away all of my valuables (watch, wallet, phone, etc.) either in the trunk or center console to make sure that a roaming SW hand did not have anything to find. She also stole a valuable necklace that I had on, so you never know what these girls might be up to, and regardless of your familiarity of comfort level with them, they are still a complete stranger, and you must treat them as such just as you would any other stranger you let into your car.

I agree with BMalibu that violence is not the answer, and you will just risk putting yourself in a nightmarish position either with the police, a pimp, or a local gang banger if you choose to retaliate. This game is a hustle, and you have to remember that and treat it as such, and chalk these events up to personal experience. Many guys have escalated an issue like this and found themselves in prison, beat up, or even dead, so don't make a small mistake a much bigger one. In time, the anger, pain and frustration will pass, and you will be glad you let it go rather than making things worse for you.

It might help to take some time off, like I did, to re-evaluate your strategy, and to just get your head together before hobbying again. It's more of a reality-check than anything, and I think I speak for all of us on the forum when I say that I appreciate you opening yourself up regarding this matter so that we can all learn an important lesson from your unfortunate experience.

Sorry to hear that this happened to you! If all goes well, you will be reimbursed by the Bank. You're going to have to complete an affidavit and it will ask if you know the person who benefitted from the loss, if you authorized that person to withdraw funds, and if you ever shared your PIN with anyone. The Bank will provide you with provisional credit after about 7-10 business days, but actually has up to 60 days to investigate. There is a possibility that they reverse the provisional credit and deem you responsible, but I doubt it.

Chaulk this up as a frustrating learning experience and be more cautious in the future! You're taking a huge risk bringing an unknown person with you to an Atm. It's not that difficult to decipher a 4-digit PIN sitting beside you, especially if you're using a single finger to type in your PIN. If she didn't remember your PIN, she probably remembered the direction and sequence of when you punched in on the pad.

I hope this changes the way you do things in the future and not to ever let your guard down again. Don't let one bad apple spoil the batch. There's no need to resort to violence and having a bat and handcuffs with you will only get you in trouble. Geez, I'm glad you didn't find her when you were angry! We are all duped, at least once, sometime in our lives.

It happened to me once at Pig. Last year, it was a raining day. Hook up with a thick SW forgot the name. Offer. 3 for BBBJ. I was on my driver seat and have my wallet in my pants' back pocket. I filed a claim today and they said they will give me credit within the next few days but that the investigation could take up to 45 days and the final decision will be made then. The thing is that it seems like I am under investigation. It appears shady to them since this person 1. used my pin number so they want to know how they figured it out without me giving it to them 2. She only made 3 withdrawls and that was it. They didn't attempt to use my card again so there are no records of my card being declined after I had it deactivated. The customer service on the phone was saying that it didn't appear that she even checked my balance and that I had X amount of money in there so why didn't she attempt to take more and why did she just stop after those 3 withdrawls. He said usually a person will attempt to use the card more. I told them that I met her at a spanish club(referring to the one on HB) and that we went to an atm and that I dropped her back off by the club afterwards. That I only know her first name and that is it. He also asked why I hadn't filed a police report and I told him because I don't have any info to give them about her. That I thought the bank was going to try and get her photo from the atm first. Again any additional advice on how to handle this would be appreciated.

Never use the ATM machine other than in the bank. I used one ATM withdraw in the gas station near Pig long ago. After the day, I checked. Someone hack my card to stole 300. Filed dispute. But be aware the safety while hunting.

Exactly the same thing happened to me in 1980 while I was living in Connecticut. I picked up a WSW in New London, paid 10 bucks (imagine that!) for a BBBJ and she went down on me. First of all, customer service reps shouldn't be asking you all those questions. It's really pointless for them to talk about it anyways given that the claims department will handle the matter and not someone in customer service making 10 bucks/hour (no offense to anyone).

Bottom line: you're money got stolen and it's standard protocol for them to investigate it. It doesn't matter how she obtained your pin, how much she got, or what her withdrawl habits were.. she DID it and the bank needs to just do their fucking job and realize that you're money was legitimately stolen and therefore they should replenish it. It's not like the bank isn't insured for when shit like this happens, and we're talking about a few hundred dollars, not thousands.

Hey Huntsman, I am glad that things seem to be moving in the right direction. If they ask tell them the truth, and the truth is you were on a blind date of a girl you just met (right?) and you stopped to get some cash for the date and did not think she would rob you or was watching you enter your pin. Tell them about the club but add that too, as it is not a lie, and is true, you met a nice girl, wanted to spend some time with her (and possibly get something to eat or drink if it went well), so thus the trip to the ATM, It was hot that day (which it was even still warm that night.), so you took off your jacket with your card in it, and, BAM, it was stolen by you blind date, while you where _____!
insert phase here, I would say hugging her, as technically this is what you where doing, when getting close (or intimate is good if not shy to use it, will help you better, and is dead on.) people hug, kiss, and sometimes get intimate, on first dates, so this is believable and more important the truth.

None of this, except maybe the food was a lie, and all was true, and believable. she was a blind date, and you never met her before. People have bad dates, and meet people at clubs, with sometimes dates even being assaulted or in woman's cases ends up sometimes in rape, so they will believe robbery, as this happens to sometimes on dates, where people's houses have been robbed after dates. Spotted the silver/pewter colored Explorer (Eddie Bauer Edition, I believe?) and it appeared to be the same guy who harassed me last month and was "supposedly" UC. He was doing circles on the back streets between CG's and 5th, using Harbor at times to back track (1:30 AM). I certainly didn't want to make myself obvious or get anywhere near him for obvious reasons. Later on, around 3:30 AM I talked with a few of the regular working girls and briefly mentioned the vehicle and w/o hesitation they called him a "fake."

Now, no offense to any of the working girls, but I would usually never take their word for something, but they do encounter more people than we do and I tend to believe that he really is bogus. I'm also inclined to think he's not the real deal because of all the 411 I've heard about LE using impounds and/or rental vehicles for their plain clothes. It just seems doubtful a month after the encounter that he'd be driving the same SUV. I dunno, just felt like sharing this bit of information to keep a look out for him because he could very well be a threat. I'm more scared of an impostor rather than the real LE. Just don't understand what would possess someone to act like a cop... control issues?

Here is my take, B.

Pretending to be a peace officer is a serious crime. Most of these losers who do it are trying to get freebies from providers, or rapists who try to rape/rob innocent women using the fake badge. So, I don't see the incentive for this guy to pretend to be cop just to harrass you.

He is taking a huge risk driving up and down the track and through the side streets of CG and Washington. If he is real, then obviously, LE would ignore him. But, if he is fake, then there is a good chance that he would be pulled over by the real cops. He would be in serious trouble if they find the fake badge/gun on him.

In any case, it is good that you chose to avoid him. We are on the track for fun, not to get into a bad situation with these guys. Stay low key and stay safe.

Took a few round on Beach Blvd. Saturday night after work around 10pm and saw a few girls out tonight there. I Strolled on beach from Chapman and up North to Orange street, saw two SBW and two LSW walking the street. All were not tempting so I just cruised and head to Harbor. Just report him to the police as an aggressive driver or drunken/road rage asshole since you've got his description and plates. you can call 911 and report him and they'll have him pulled over in a matter of minutes in that area. you can call it in from a pay phone and if you mention that "he threatened you with a gun" then i'm sure they'll give his truck a good search. if he's fake and has a badge and weapon then he'll be screwed.

I took a cruise last night between 11:00 and 12:30 and the pickin's were slim. And the few that were out caused so much attention and crazy driving by the mongers that I just went home. As for my report on Tues night I was on my way home from walmart when I saw Kayla (LSW) by 7-11 on 1st, I was not looking but since it was dead on hb no cars she looked to good to pass up. She was wearing a white blouse with stonewashed jean skirt. Naw... don't need to bring anymore attention to the track, but your suggestion is well taken. I only mentioned him because a) he could be a danger to the girls, and b) he could be a threat too us. I was minding my own fucking business and wasn't even mongering when this fuckhead confronted me.

Again, lot's of people drive Ford Explorer's and I certainly wouldn't want to get a real monger confused with him. Last I'll say about this... If he's just an impostor, then he needs to get a life, and if he is LEO, he needs an attitude adjustment - just no need to intimidate someone who's not breaking any laws or even showing any intent to break a law for that matter.

Saw a few ladies in Anaheim between Orangewood and Katella around 1:45 AM this morning (Tues). Saw Betty (with glasses) and was going to hook up with her but LE was encroaching. Saw another LSW, who sorta' fit the description of Hunstman's ROB, Mia, but can't be for certain. She had dark curly hair and was thicker - looked hardened. Cruising Harbor Monday night around 11:00 pm, need to refill my car. I headed to pit stop on Mcfadden/Harbor. When I finished refilling my car, I was a little hungry, decided to try out some Mexican food near the Walmart. I noticed lots of b/w cruisers parking in the back of the Western Police Division parking lot. I counted like 7 to 8 cruisers, and a black chevy suv blazer parked with them. Maybe, the suv is for recon or uc work. It seems to me that they're getting ready for some street sweep. Going to check out the news from SA local crimes report because lately more leo are beefing up the street patrol.
