Endocarditis is quite common
Last time I saw her back in December I know she had endocarditis. It's a blood infection that is pretty much terminal. Rest in peace Brittany, hopefully you can find peace in the afterlife that you could not find here.
For IV drug users and many. Unfortunately - die from it! From frequent IV drug usage people will sometimes have bacteria in the blood which circulates through their heart. If not treated, one of the heart valves will typically malfunction and the person dies! It's a complex issue because none of the IV drug users want to be stuck in the hospital without their opiates and they put off going to get help? Some hospitals / doctors / nurses will give these type of patients something to prevent them from getting dope sick, but too many healthcare workers are judgmental and will not? Both this problem and addiction are public health issues, but most countries don't deal with them that way and it's a shame?

Not Fortune 500 providers
I'm relatively new to this, but I don't understand why this happens. If you aren't available just say so, pick another time. But now no one is going to take a chance on her. Whatever.
Providers come in all varieties, but for the most part they are not out here because it was the best career choice. They deal with drug issues, alcohol issues, mental health issues, just a plethora of social inadequacies.
As a result exceptional customer service is not a big part of their business plan. They are looking for the next available wallet to feed their habit and when you're a half hour away someone 15 minutes away will meet their need first. Or if the guy who is knocking at the door 3 times a week calls, the newby gets pushed back, or ghosted all together.
They may try to delay you with every excuse ever conjured up in the mind of a 6th grader who didn't do their homework and then get to you as soon as their "emergency" has gotten his nut. This is definitely a first come, first serve business. If they are really dope sick they'll take the first john's donation and rush off to the candy store and forget all about you.
They know that you have your addiction too, and the next time you need a pussy fix you'll be hitting up their phone. If you don't, someone else will so if they think about their brand reputation at all, they don't think about it much.
Best advice, don't put all your stock in one portfolio. Diversify your investments so you have a second, and third business to call on when your favorite business has customer service problems. If you want consistency and reliability, be ready to pay for "premium" escorts, but they have their issues too. If you want to invest in the local mom & pop stores, be prepared to deal with the occasional scheduling problem.
