Supereloquent's Reports - Philadelphia

I enjoy reading all of Super`s reports on his finds. Although I may not fuck all of the same girls he has, he gives enough details that I can picture everything in the report in my head. Another plus: his spelling and punctuation are always 100%. I think I speak for alot of people when I say I hate reading posts that ramble on and on with no periods, commas, question marks, etc... And there is no excuse for not being able to spell some of the simplest words in the English language. If you speak like you write, maybe that was the reason you received poor service, or not the level of service you were expecting at a MP. I proof read ALL of my posts before I send them. A typo or another mistake may slip by me, but I do make the effort to correct my mistakes.

Every now and then some newbie and/or non-contributing wastrel in here gets in the mood to throw a few rocks at me. Why? Maybe it's because I present a big target with lots of posts and information. Maybe they are bored and hungry 'cause mama's tit dried up. Who knows?

Legitimate comments and criticisms are normal and natural. We are all different and we all have different points of view. There is a point, however, where the discussion departs from intelligent discourse and just becomes a personal vendetta. Sometimes I know what caused it and sometimes it is a mystery. In the case of a recent annoying poster, it started because he PMed me offering a new phone number for a SW I already knew and then, after I said I was interested, wanted a number from me to "trade" for it. He said that I should have known such was implied in the offer (although never stated) and I said I wasn't interested in "trading," that I already knew the SW in question and could get her new number myself. Perhaps what he should have realized is that "implicit" conditions work both ways. If someone gave me a digit I really wanted and it worked out and was legit, then I am certainly going to be a stand-up guy and do him a solid in return. But he hadn't chosen to play it that way. He got his nose all bent out of shape for what he claimed was the audacious and haughty presumption on my part that he was going to just give me a digit without a specific and immediate payback in kind. He wrote a bunch of nonsense to me about being a big shot senior member, etc. because I didn't assume what he thought should be obvious, and because I wouldn't do what what he wanted me to do. Afterward, he started attacking me publicly in my thread on a nonsensical point he continually and insistently pressed forward. The amusing thing is that the supposed point at issue had absolutely nothing to do with him. He was just looking to pick a fight and have me knuckle under to his "argument." It was not a coincidence nor was it obviously even a legitimate concern of his. Let's call a spade a spade: it was a childish tantrum and "revenge" for feeling "snubbed" and not getting his way. He was trying to show me, the big senior member, that he could take me down a few pegs and shove me around.

We had another member like this (remember Silverfox?) who continually and nastily attacked me, all beginning with a similar PM issue: that I didn't share with him a SW's digits that he thought I should. His tirades finally got so ridiculously negative and threatening that he was thrown out of this forum and he currently resides in the Hall of Shame. Who knows? Maybe this is Silverfox making a comeback under another screen name. But the fact remains that this silly nonsense has no place in this forum.

Level-headed members can see this for what it is. You have weighed in on it as have others from time to time. These bullies want to try to push me around and/or get a rise out of me. I can think of several reasons why, and none of the reasons are flattering to the bullies, reflect legitimate concerns or are useful to furthering the objectives of this forum. These are just punks and thugs who have nothing better to do than disrupt and spout venom, see themselves in print, perhaps get "even" in some perverse way from a PM where they feel they didn't get what they should have, and gain a sense of importance by getting into a shoving and shouting match with a visible senior contributing member to this forum. For a while my inclination with such crap is to fight fire with fire and lay into them, but this soon becomes tedious and clutters up my thread with nonsense fighting, which probably suits them just fine. So, when I have gotten it off my chest, which I have with this particular bully, it is time to ignore him and his baiting, and return to providing useful reports and pics. I am sure readers of my thread would much prefer that to the continued ravings of someone with a hidden (and now exposed) agenda and a chip on his shoulder.

Thanks for the props. My reports are as much for my own recollection as for your enjoyment. I am actually writing a book about my sex life, from sexual awakening forward, the working title for which is currently "Revelations of a Sex Addict," the last section of which will be my exploits on the Philly strolls. The reports in this forum are as good a way as any to keep straight dates and SWs and events. I only wish I would have kept a more detailed record in my youth, for which my memory recall is more sketchy. Writing here is a discipline that goes a long way towards my remembering all the details.

Well, my English is not quite 100% perfect. A few purists in the past have pointed out some of my grammar typos and brain farts, although there haven't been that many, to be sure. Some people have nothing better to do than point out the flaws in someone who is "almost" perfect. Remember the Ivory Snow commercials? (99 44/100ths% pure!) I guess that being almost perfect is much more believable than 100%. By the way, the thing I most vividly recall about Ivory Snow was their commercial with Marilyn Chambers before she did "Behind the Green Door," et.al. Now THERE was a dirty talker!

I agree with you. The average person I meet, even a well educated person, speaks atrocious English. I grew up in an area of very strong accents of very bad English. This "coal region" dialect from central/eastern PA is so bad and so unique that there is a special dictionary on line for it called "CoalSpeak." I have made a special effort beginning in HS to shed myself of this speaking and spelling heritage, which perhaps is why I sometimes appear to be such a spelling and grammar Nazi. If you heard me speak you would have no idea where I grew up, other than assuming it must be somewhere they have NO detectable accent and speak impeccably good and proper American English.
