I'm here on travel and wanted to sample some of the local talent. I decided to try this spot because it was close by and I was super horny. That is a YMMV place. I don't go there because of the haggling you will get and many are hands off girls. Are you still in town and if so what part of town are you staying?

Long time reader, first report. Started my hobby at Sky probably 20 years ago. Now mostly go to Kyoto once or twice a month. I thought I would try some place new. Read someone saw a spa in Carrick so I thought I would try it out. It's actually closer to Brentwood, 3000 block of Brownsville. Stopped by the "Extraordinary health spa" second floor front door. I stopped around 10:30 not sure what time the close. Only one masseuse that I saw, late 30's to mid 40's nice body, had to wait a couple of minutes while she finished with someone else. She led me to the room down a dark hallway. I stripped and lay down on the table. The massage was good but not great. She used oil then finished with a hot towel to clean up. No hint of any extras. No flip, at finish she said ok and left the room. Half hour. 40+. 20 tip, it was a good massage. Hope this helps others make a decision.

Kyoto is not what you are looking for. I have had a good massage there but only on occasion. Of course the extras are why anyone goes there, but you said that is not what you were looking for. After the last room me off busts, I don't really have any advice close to Monroeville, sorry!

Didn't catch her name, but probably 40's and very thin but strong as hell and I left happy. I'd rate the massage a 9. 5 and the ending a 4. 90 minutes $. 8/ 5.

Will probably repeat before I leave town later this week.
