The regular vice UC in the valley used to have a small grey SUV, I though it was a Jeep, but could have been a 4Runner or CRV, and a silver Dodge Sebring. However, I didn't see either of those, just the Black and Whites and the Crown Vics, LE trying to be seen, not being subtle, but with no girls around, the question is why?

So last night I was cruising down sb when I come up to valerio and sb. I'm at the red light in the middle lane just seeing what the situation is like.
