Stress, lack of sleep, drugs and alcohol, lack of nutrition are just a few. When I know I'm going into battle. I always make sure I do a little prep work. Good sleep, lots of water and I want to make sure I've got the proper vitamins and minerals in my body. Zinc has worked well for me. It's a trace mineral and you got to make sure you don't take too much cause it can cause some problems. Something to keep in mind your body doesn't have a zinc repository. For me zinc helps with a stronger erection and a BIGGER LOAD. Keep in mind your body has to process it so it's wise to make sure you've taken it a day to two before. I like the GNC mega man vitamins to make sure I'm getting the daily minimum amount. It's got good levels of vitamin B which you're very important to producing sperm. GNC also has a prostate and vitality mix. Usually when I'm going to group events over on FetL*fe I'm popping these the week before at the recommended amounts.
Nitric oxide plays a big role in your stiffness. There's a few amino acids that can help. 80 regular pushups.
2 sets of 50 with weighted vested.
2 set of 40 with weighted vested.
1 set of 30, feet 20 inches off the ground.
1 set of 30, feet 24 inches off the ground.
1 set of 30, feet 30 inches off the ground.
1 set of 40 with weighted vest.
Other exercises squats, deadlifts, pullups with weight vest or dumbbell between legs, leg press, bench presses help raise testosterone levels. Walk at least 30 minutes a day.
Salmon, broccoli, pineapple juice, chicken thighs watermelon are good to eat.
