My building covers 3 different address so I give them a neighboring one. They still have to come to the same courtyard but since there's so many units they will never know where I am. I've been noticing alot of providers asking for pics and work verification lately which I tend to just move to the next one. Having my phone number and address is more than enough. I'm also coming to a point where I end communication if they ask for age and ethnicity.

You never know if they'll come back someday to get back at you. Stick to well reviewed gals- if they're not reviewed skip them. Even with well reviewed gals incalls are better but not without other risks. If they have consistent reviews- you can play the percentages.

Getting a massage at a well reviewed parlor is better to avoid those situations -especially if you're just starting out. Much more relaxing and less stressful.

I'm in agreement with what most are saying. I've had a few providers at my place. They were well reviewed and I've never had a problem or issue. When I first meet a provider it's always at her place. Then once you build trust with her then having her over at your house won't be an issue.

I wasn't trying to compare providers to cab drivers or maids in that last paragraph. I was rambling on about the psychology of tipping; sometimes (and almost never with sex workers), I tip because I don't want to feel like a cheapskate.

Stay at a hotel with multiple floors. Book the provider and tell them to call you when they're close as you will be in meetings or whatever you make up. When they call tell them you're in the shower and you're getting out of the shower and will open the door. Don't give them a room number.

Go down to the lobby or even sit outside, they don't know who you're so they will walk right past you. Wait a minute for them to go up, then you go up.

This gives you lots of advantages, first off if the rare case it is a sting then you will see small squad of LEO pull up, again they don't know who you're. In some cities LEO will do this but not usually here. Second off if the lady has a driver and the driver does not park after the lady goes up then it is a scam, the driver can't park because they have to be ready to jet once the lady takes off with the money so the driver just sits the car close to the front doors. Third you get a great view of the lady as she walks past and even as you walk past her when you go up to the floor. The quality of young american / americanized talent is where that cost (their pics are real). If I was paying for middle aged asian talent, then that pp would be too high.
