If I was a fellow caught in this trap I would believe my lawyer might think its relevant cops are targeting all but black men. Seems a government agency would be hard prseed defending only targeting certain ethnic groups to arrest. What if law enforcement ad asked for party favors and prefers only black men? And arrested 15 black males in the process?? Think that be news worthy? violation of civil rights?
