PH. Very little action, but what little I did see was way north, almost to I-95. Emerson Inn area had tumbleweeds blowing through it. Dry as a popcorn fart. But no LE either. Did have some dude swoop in with a dark blue chevy, heavy tints on the windows, and scoop a big rack / MILF wearing a rather interesting SW 'costume' of a 'sports coat' of all things. Frankly, she looked a little TGTBT, standing stock still in front of the Mt. Vernon Motel right there on PH at 3:00 AM. Brother in the Chevy, all I can say is you've got bigger balls than me. She did get in, so must have been legit, but man was she flashin' ALL the danger signals. (Maybe he was one of those '9 inch Ninjas' we've been reading about around here!)
North Main / The 'Northlands'. May have to rename this the 'Wastelands'. Our favorite Uncle has apparently practiced a 'scorched earth policy' up here, waging total war to the point there is just nothing left. I missed seeing Priscilla, mentioned below, but am curious, is she still as fine looking as ever? For my money, back in the day she put the infamous 'Alyssa' of Indian Country to shame. Did see the fake blonde with a 'wide load' hanging with her little D-boys down about 21st St. She had virtually NO business over the course of HOURS that I could see, but they seem totally oblivious to how bad having druggy, thuggy male 'escorts' is for their trade.

Told her "you should just get a boyfriend to take care of you. You're really pretty." She said "thanks, .15 for BJ." I get out of there and shortly after I had LEO tracking behind me all the way down to race track on univ. I turned down to 95 and headed home.
I got an itch and hopped in my other (non-monger) vehicle about 4 hours later.
#2: Econo Inn. WSW blonde flagging me down. 7 out of 10 on SW scale. I'm desperate by this time and I'm also curious to see what's going on. I pull in to the Inn. She approaches and says "baby I need to pay my bills. I'm doing BJ's for cash, want one?" Bad idea that I even stopped. LEO pulls up across the street and I see this out of the corner of my eye. I drive off and 3 LEO's pull up as I'm driving away. They ride me all the way back up to university and they turn off into the racetrack to meet up with 4 other LEO vehicles.
I head south towards baymeadows / 95. This area is hit or miss usually and will pay off only once in a blue moon. Felt lucky but not when I got there. Pull back into the hotels and bam. 3 LEO's waiting in the notel parking lot just hanging out by their vehicles talking. I drove off but I was a bit ticked because I spotted Stephanie hanging out of her room there. It was a no-go though. Man, it woulda been nice to tap that amazon tonight.
Be careful out there guys. LEO is on high alert. Looks like quota time. End of the 1st quarter.

Was told by a girl who grew up in Sin City that some of the girls there start working when the middle school bus drops them off in the afternoon.
Went out trolling Sunday nite about 11:00 and found Brianna as soon as I came off I-95 on to PH north end. Haven't seen her in several months. Says she's been staying with a friend, trying to clean up and it's working. Made a quick scoop and headed off to my quite spot. Right off the bat she demanded. 40 so I turned the truck around too drop her off. She decided my offer of. 30 was OK, so we turned around again and went to my spot. Guys- that may be the best BJ in NE Florida. That girl should be a sword swallower. I took awhile since it was my second draining in about two hours, and she never complained and when I got off still had to tell her she could stop. Love that girl! Gave her a. 10tip and dropped her off at the Inn. At that point I had to head home. Twice in one nite is hard on an old man.

Had to drive out east Atlantic today on an errand and decided I just had to see what all the 'kefuffle' was about this so called 'Sin City'. I'm not exactly sure what the 'stroll' looks like out this-a-way, but from RTFF and a quick look at the map, it appears I came close enough. 'Unky Leo' knows the precise locations of every track in JAX, far better than any monger I'd dare say, but there's no sense in posting the exact layout to make his work any easier. Suffice it to say the neighborhood looked like 'Dogpatch' to me, and sure enough, I got not one but a couple of smiles and nods from two BSWs within 30 seconds of Acme.
On the reverse drive back into town I got a smile, nod and a 'shy little wave' from another Provider right at 'Arlington and Arlington'. Short, skinny little spinner WSW with dark mid length hair. So thin, in fact, she looked to be a pill-induced anorexic.
The city has pretty much shut down the north side, and PH is HOT right now, based on many recent reports in this forum. And I have no doubt Sin City is on their radar right now as well. But it looks like some action has definitely shifted to this old / new area of town.
No time for fun this go around, but will have to check it out again soon.

They stand outside the car asking you to do the show me and I show you; they might not get you for soliciting but they will get you for indecent exposure which is really a great big sham!
LISTEN: If you look at the definition of indecent exposure it means you are essentially going around flashing people to get a shock out of them or you are playing with yourself trying to achieve some form of sexual gratification in their presence; but if that LEO woman ask you to show yourself to her then she is not shocked because she knew what you were going to do. So if you ever get caught doing that you better hire an attorney ASAP to get that shasta thrown out! You better have an attorney on speed dial anyway if you are going to participate in this thing you may well need one!
Anyway, guys have it a little easier because 99% of LEO women will not get in your car; I've never heard of them running a st-ng where they do this BUT anything's possible. Now the LEO guys will allow SW's to get in their cars because they know they can overpower them more easily. Always ask them if they'd like to just get something to eat and nothing more; no show me and I'll show you! And if you got warrants out for your arrest for anything, better leave SW's or Alleged SW's (really LEO) alone because if they don't get you for soliciting, they run your tag and get you for the outstanding warrant (s).
BTW, my friend just found out that once you get your record sealed, if you go 10 years without getting into trouble, you can have your record expunged. A kind of new law I guess.

Cruising PH on my wau home from the office and was going to stop for Hanna even though she is a pain in the ass toconverse with. Her dumb behind was hanging out in the Emerson parking lot, close to sultan sandwhich and so I pulled into the shop. When I got there, I noticed an unmarked inside eating his lunch, so instead of making a scoop, I grabbed a meal. Silly girls. Be cautious. She's likely to take you down with her if she gets hemmed up when your around.
Drove down phil, and spotted a nice blonde but wow the leo was out strong, after looping I noticed even more around. I counted 8 total sitting watching her. So thought I try 103rd, I spotted a dirty blond that I never seen before, made the scoop and she was being picked up. Two seconds later loe drove up behind them, so I left. Hope our he did not get in trouble becareful all.
4 hours of cruising up and down PH tonight and nothing. Didn't spot a single SW. Plenty of LEO though. Headed to sin city and spotted one WSW on arlington and arlington but I backed off when I saw a monger who was already in position to pick her up. I nodded. He nodded back. If you're on here dude. Let me know how she was. She looked like a good catch from afar.
Went up and down PH, some LEO out but as strong as it has been. I see a decent looking blonde just north of Emerson. Normally I pull into the old marine recruiting place and wait for them to walk buy or come into the parking lot. This time I actually scooped her up and almost immediately lights behind me in an unmark went off. Freaked me out for sure. I stop go through the normal license, insurance, run your tag route, all the while she is trying to get out and bolt. I don't know if it is a good idea or bad, finally she bolts leaving my freaking door open!
Anyway, LEO comes back asks me what I was doing, that was considered to be a "pick up zone for prostitutes" and that by stopping the way I did, partially on the road, I was creating a potential traffic situation. I played it monger cool, was just driving by, saw a chick, asked her if she wanted a ride, she said yes, nothing else. Hadn't even got to the "where would you like me to drop you off" part before you stopped me. He asked where did she go, I simply said she bolted, don't know, don't care where she went. He asked to search my car where she had been, my imediate thoughts were what I read here a few days ago about felony busts with the girl dropping dope off or something. I just new I had been set up and was in deep sh*t. I hesitantly said yes, he went around to the open door and looked in the front seat and all around and much to my pleasent surprise found nothing. He closed the door, came back around told me to be careful in this area for the next 2 weeks as some special emphasis was underway to clean up the streets.
I thanked him and famoosed!

They all aren't bad and we actually need them to keep the DB's at bay. Nevertheless, you got lucky and lucky is good. I've had that exact situation happen to me and the LEO wasn't nice at all. I got a citation for "suspicious driving" at the time and they called 4 units and a canine over to do the check. I know the PD got flack for giving those citations out because there is not a FL law that supports that type of citation. You also really lucked out that she didn't drop anything in your cab. The problem is that even though the LEO sounds like your best friend, if they find anything in your cab, it's on you. Not on the SW who bolted. So they may be all cool and such and say "do you mind if I check her side of the cab?" but they don't tell you that they're looking for something to bust you on. Not something to bust her on.
I've found plenty of bad stuff after I drop the SW's off when we are done. I always follow the rules and stop at a well lit GS afterwards to clean out her side of the cab. I've found everything from lipstick to see-pipes to bags with stuff in them. 2 weeks is a long time to wait to go mongering over there and with 103rd, Baymeadows, Mayport, and Sin City all under heavy LEO presence it looks like JAX is going to be all but shut down for a while now. Best to lay low or monger in another town for the next month or so.
Got a knock on the door about 10 PM last night from a WSW named Kelly or so she said.

I was down phillips during the same time frame and saw several out.
Dreamed I Ran across le le or Lee Lee on PH early this morn, she is a cute as I had heard, big tattoo on chest, skills horrable, finely stopped her wasnt worth finishing. I moved on to Lane ave and you would think someone was giving away donuts at Lane and Ramona. Three LEO's had two SW's hemmed up at the bbq joint across from the Shell station, and several units patroling from Normandy to I-10 so I moved on to PH. On my first pass I only saw two huge SW's. Between the two of them they weighed at least 500. I thought they must have eaten all the other girls too elimanate the compatition, so. Stopped at the Race Trac on Univ, got gas and a drink and headed back out on PH. A few of the girls must have escaped the carnavours. About a half dozen old timers were out, big tits Milissa, Hanna, Rachel, nasty Destany, a couple I didn't know and Kat. Hadn't seen Kat in ages. Her services were always were always excellent, so I made the scoop. We talked about the "good ole days" for a while and then got down to business. Her skills were as good as I remembered, BBBJCIMWS, .30 and tip. Dropped her off at the Hess and headed to the house. Saw very few LEO's on PH and they didn't seem very interested in what was going on. Some days the SW gods are good!

I decided to run north up PH yesterday on the way back from OP. Dead. Saw one about 5' 7" or with a red tint in her hair I would say about a 7 on the SW scale. After my appointment, I finished up by driving back down PH. It is now about 2; 45. A few doors have opened on the 2nd floor, but after two passes and finding nothing, I gave up. Sorry, nothing to help the effort, just a lot of burned gas.
Saw a real cute little gal on phillips this morn, couldn't stop. Thought I had seen her in the JC paper recently, got to lookin when I got home Pretty sure it was Danielle C, anyone had and exp. With that one?
Had to do some work on 3rd yesterday just as it was getting dark, saw a 3 WSW's between Hubbard and Haines a little too dark to really tell much.
Arlington Road and Arlington Expressway. Spotted a young blond WSW with yellow top and jeans twice yesterday but couldn't make the scoop. Once was on my bike and the next time she was crossing Arlington Road to meet someone stopped in the rental center parking lot. Also saw her a few days earlier headed to the notel on the corner where she's staying with her DB. Same outfit. Looks OK. Anyone else see her?
Also have seen a young WSW brunette working the same area and an older WSW a little gray in the hair, pink top and a back pack approaching cars at the light Arlington / Arlington. Unable to stop for either one going to or from a job site. Maybe soon!
Met Hannah by accident near Hess around 7:30am Sunday. I was pumping gas, and she walked to gas station and started falling asleep on the curb. She was either strung out or really tired; she kept falling asleep in the car after she got in. I let her sleep in car while I bought us breakfast in drive thru. Woke her up, had breakfast, and she was very grateful. Everything, including breakfast, for less than 40. She is getting way too skinny because of the drugs, shame because she is a pretty girl with nice attitude. It was obvious she had not eaten or slept in a long time.
Went out last nite to see if I could find something new, not happening. 103rd st was the usual suspects, the sisters, Michelle, Road Runner so I moved on to Lane ave and it was even worse. One old chick with maybe three teeth and another pear shaped one that was ugggly so, moved on to PH. A bit different story, about a half dozen walking between I-95 and Emerson. A few repeat offenders and two hot BSW I'd never seen before. By the time I got turned around they were gone. Guess they got scooped. Continued N on PH and saw maybe the dumbest monger ever! Guy in white Dodge Neon stopped in the middle of PH to pick up SW. Traffic had to go around this guy including me. Dude! Read the rules. You were less than a half a block from the Mt Vernon Inn. Get her attention and pull into the parking lot, she will come to you. Anyway, finally picked up Rachel behind notel on north PH and for the usual. 20 and a small tip got BBBJCIM. It was about 11:30 when I dropped her off at her motel and the entire time on PH saw no LEO presence. Guess they needed a nite off. Wasn't my best nite out but the BJ did make me sleep good.
