New to this site, occasional hobby'ist.
Just wanted to say hi. I have been lurking out here for a few months now, getting my bearings, shaking my head at some of the drama queens, and in the end realizing.
The information is the key. I have been a hobby'ist in the past, but have generally been a "good boy" for the last 5 or 6 years. But the time has come to remedy that situation.

If her rate was too high for what she is offering then she wouldn't get any business. These girls are clearly making enough money because they are still here and their rates are not going down. That is proof enough that their rates are not too high.

Possibly faulty logic, good sir. If they were making (and saving!) enough money, I suspect many would be out of here in a flash so they wouldn't have to suffer the presence of the fat, old, ill mannered, disgusting, perverted individuals who often seem to populate this activity.
On the other side of the equation, regardless of price, most of these ladies do not seem to understand the simple premise that they would maximize their revenue not by maintaining an unacceptably high (for most) price, but rather by lowering their price to the point where they maximize their volume, and thus revenue. Stated more simply, they sit by the phone waiting for a very small segment of the market to call and pay their price to support an aura of exclusivity when they could be working their tails off (pun intended) at a somewhat lower hourly or half hourly rate. Again, such a pricing strategy might enable many to retire well before their charms wear too thin and before they reach the point that the mere act of answering another call repels them!
