I know if you ask to touch them they can allow it, but they can't touch you without your consent due to sexual harrassment suit possibilities. In street / hotel busts you're absolutely right though, all they want is solicitation.

Also, they will most likely won't walk away from there spot, so ask them to walk away and meet at a different location. I could be wrong. I watched cops shows and the decoy never get away from their location at all. Good luck with SW. They are too risky.

Male UC LE lets SW's grab them all time. But there is big difference between have a girl and some a girl grabbing some guy. Let's face it grosses most civilian women out. After all why do think there is all these sexual harassment suits.

Part of the reason that I didn't get arrested is because I didn't say anything, in case SHE was recording it. I just didn't see the UCLE lurking in the area, and I DID look for him, circled 3x before even stopping near her. I still think I should have left after she finished the call and asked me to pull the car forward before parking.

I travel all over the country, and police in many states will simply bust you for even pulling over to talk to a SW. They pull over and arrest guys even when dropping off a date. Police do not need anything but a hunch to throw your azz in jail. Whether it sticks or not in court is not their concern. Anybody can get arrested for just about anything.
