A girl I know said it's been real hot over there the past 2 weeks and she thinks there's some decoys over on clark and leo has been on the side streets and even alleys.

The area you ask about goes largley unreported for various reasons which I'm not entirely sure of.

Personally, as a middle aged white guy, I feel safer cruising 47th or Armitage. Although I may just feel safer because I know those neighborhoods better.

An old white guy like me tends to stand out more in a mostly black area compared to a Mexican/Polish area like 47th st. I try to fly below the radar as much as possible.

I must have seen the same three on Kenton. When I passed(1:30) there were two right at Kenton and Madison. One was sitting down the other one was standing and she was real short with some big lips and kinda a wild wig. The one between Madison and Washington was sitting on a large concrete slab, she seemed tall and slim.

There was one at Hamlin, and then nothing until I got to Kenton, there were two at Kenton and Monroe. Took Adams east to Kilbourn, and Kilbourn north to Madison and back to Kenton, this time going northbound. Saw two there one was a nicely dressed, nice looking, thick older women, the other was a regular. Turned east on Washington to Kostner, took that south back to Madison, then back around to Kenton. Took Kenton north to Lake, then Lake west to Central. Headed north on Central to Chicago Ave. cirled around the block back to Central, taking Central south all the way to 290 without seeing anything. The time was between 10:30and 11:30am.
