Real deal. They live together and are long term girlfriends. I caught one of their posts / ads last winter just before Christmas. They live close to my house and I replied as soon as I saw the listing and was over there within 3 emails and 15 minutes. Strictly NO touching, and yes, DIY is acceptable and encouraged. But RetiredToday is right, there is some effort involved avoiding the scammers and bots, getting a message sent to a gal before her ad gets flagged, etc.
