I can tell you that I ran Destiny's number in both reveal name and Spokeo and got the same results. So they seem to be very similar. It doesn't always work but its nice when it does.

I imagine they're all accessing the same set of information, so I think the results are going to be the same for the vast majority if not all of them. Having said that, I don't see how it's going to reveal anything if a provider is using a burner or VOIP number. Some of them use these same sort of apps / sites to check on the numbers of clients who contact them (which is how some providers can tell if you're contacting them from a real number or not).
