They'll show up and sit and people watch for 30 minutes. Or they'll go in and the girls say they're busy, so instead of just driving around or getting food they'll sit in their car and hang out in front of the place. If people just went in and out and left right away, there wouldn't be any issue with neighbors. But some creep standing outside his car in front of a dentist or pizza place will definitely attract the wrong attention.
