I had requested the info (through there support and got a ticket number) that supposedly got me banned and they have yet to respond. Its beyond there 48 hour response time. I've had this happen before years ago and SA basically sends a screenshot of the banning offense. In the past the screenshot would consist of her message then me replying back then her message and then my banning statement. This time they didn't send that at all or reply back to me. They just yesterday gave me a partial refund of $75. As least I got that back.

When I do, though, I use a throwaway debit card that I purchase with cash, so the transaction is not associated with my real name.
And I view that amount as gone the moment I subscribe. I pay $90 for one month where the only goal is to get as many phone numbers as I can, get conversations out of SA as quickly as possible.
I learned a few good tricks from this conversation so far:
1. Don't give your number via SA, instead get the girl to give you hers.
2. Don't text your screen name outside of SA.
These two rules are aimed to minimize the likelihood of getting banned. How can they ban you if they can't link any offending conversations to your SA profile?
