Cafes can gets packed and I think the girls gravitate towards their regulars or the tables with a couple of guys.
You won't get ignored, but it will be more difficult to get any attention or try to get a dance at peak times.
I'm hoping you're not expecting too much. I haven't been to Florida, but I am assuming it has a pretty fun scene.

I visited 168 yesterday afternoon and they had some decent talent there. I saw Car (She's cute, kinda looks like a chubbier Ana De Armas.
