Here was my experience:
As for the physical. Her pictures are fairly accurate, that said she's not a looker IMO. Her stated age is most likely correct (41). She has what looks to like early Melanoma with freckles (which is fine) , but also has a great deal of extra stomach skin either from a recent pregnancy or fairly extreme weight loss (which was quite a turn off for me).
She was clean and fresh, having no foul odors and the apartment did not reek of smoke or anything else as some girls places often do (this was a huge plus). For the service, and remote location of her IC I think her rates should be lowered but that's my opinion. The session was alright but I won't likely repeat with her.
I don't think you missed out on anything spectacular, though it sounds like she owes you some cash for your wasted time and fuel. Perhaps the next bloke to see her will dock her $50 on your behalf? I personally don't think ANY provider should earn a wage higher than someone who works for a living, which should price them around $15-$25 for a half-hour and $30-$50 for an hour. (Calculations based on a well off John that makes between $30 and $50 per hour).
