Being assertive with a provider.
Someone said on here (somewhere) that you 'cant get if you dont ask' or something to the effect. I believe this and use it in my daily life- all the time.
I'm posting in MP Reports because it's where I was at the time I decided to post and it seems relevant to current topics, however, for me this logic applies with all providers, period.
We can debate ettiquette, but once we know a service 'exists', there is NO point in hoping for it to occur or reoccur. Ask to get. It's very simple. All a pro can do is tell you 'no' or 'maybe next time'. To these answers I say, 'someone will' or 'there wont be a next time with you'.
As it has been pointed out by others, there are alot of choices. I remember not long ago when there weren't so many choices. What? Seems the total on MPs dont go up and down like the dow. So where are the limits in choices? The limits are economy (wallet) and behavior. Behavior is whether Leo is lurking this week or whether we are 'hoping' on the table or asking for services.
Get your behavior straight and you wont have anything, regarding limits, to complain about. Dont overpay, dont expect FS for .1. Be straight with your requests. I know people get nervous, but like I said, once you know it exists, what's to be nervous about? Handle your business and move on. Pass the word discreetly.
Continuing on. When a pro tells me 'dont talk about me' I tell her to get f*****! I do. Nobody tells me who to talk to or not. Dont accept that from anyone. Monica is anyone, even if you think she's special. If she requests you to not post her name, I do understand. Not talking about her is retarded. Word of mouth is how good business gets done. We all know this. Discretion is important, but not everything.
Upselling seems to be on the rise with the indies, so I have something on that too. When I get the upsell crap I ask them should I get dressed now or does the massage continue? Usually they will retreat but if they continue the upsell I get dressed and leave. On the way out I let them know I'll spread the good word. The ones that dont care, dont care. Get that? The ones that do and are only hustling you will care. Touring gals are likely to not care but not all of them. If you're being hustled and you know it, it's your fault. I'll explain. Some say they're thinking with the wrong head, but it falls under behavior. Get it in check and you wont have these problems. If you dont have them, I likely will not have them. So on and so forth. There are towns that have a culture of anything goes (regarding MPs). Im not talking Vegas, I am talking Warren, OH; Columbia, SC; Twin Cities, MN and the like. The people dont take getting screwed and thus a fruitful culture develops. In Charlotte, we have a melting pot. Everybody is different. Diversity training. MPs are staffed with foreigners. There is alot of diversity. For this to work and to be widely beneficial there has to be continuity and we have some work to do on that one.
This little thing of ours (la cosa nostra) has to be protected. We are the ones to do that, not the providers. Ask yourself if a particular favorite gets killed today will I stop getting services. I know if your atf is Monica alot of you will become priests and probably start molesting my kids, but aside form you few the behavior continues, therefore we should want to protect our hobby. To do this we do need to tighten up a bit here and there. Here we can use the PM system rather than spell it out for our buddies in blue and we can tell the pros that this is our game and we wont be screwed, unless the fee is reasonable (only kidding). Set the rules. To that end, every pro on bp thinks they are worth $$/h. Some look like supermodels and some look like they just pulled their new trailer home with their teeth. We all see this but ole gravel mouth still stays in business. How is that?
The short answer is behavior (mostly on our part). Some of us are paying the $$ for the mmbj (new term: meth mouth bj) and some of us are telling these skanks that $$ just isn't realistic in our heads and .4 is what were talking about. If you read this paragraph again, you may see two behaviors. One is getting screwed and knowing it and the other is getting our act straight and doing the hustle. Be in control of the hustle. Those of you who cant for whatever reason 'be in control' of the hustle are screwing the rest of us and yourself now and in the future.
Quick question: If the escorts are coming down on their prices, why would the price of a massage go up? If you have an answer I would love to try to understand it. Feel free to pm or post here.
Peace out.
Methinks doth protest too much

Peace out.[/QUOTE]This is short and simple-
My name has been dropped a lot with M to get an 'upgrade' so I feel a personal vested interest here. I have been asked by M to not mention her name on posts any longer.
Yes, I will comply.
Is this wrong? Am I whipped?
These are the wrong questions.
"Ask yourself if a particular favorite gets killed today will I stop getting services".
That is almost a correct question.
Ask yourself would you feel bad if a post you made with names got that person arrested?
I know my answer.
For this reason(and a few others) I will NEVER make another post about M ever again.
If a bartender who worked at a diveI liked who was good for conversation and had a heavy hand in pours me asked me to not advertise the later for fear of getting fired by the owner of said establishment, I would.
Same goes for the AMPs I enjoy.
These are not your ex-wives. They are girls trying to make a living. And if one or two go the extra mile to make you feel 'speical' that is not something to belly ache about like a spoiled child but rather something to celebrate and enjoy.
And hell, maybe even respect.
FOr this I will comply with M because she deserves celebration and most importantly respect.
I am under no illusions about what the nature of their job is but on the other hand I am under no illusion about the nature of their job.
The last statement is like jazz, if you have to ask, you don't know.
Back to point, treat good service with respect and celebrate what you had the good fortune to find. Just do it in private.
And don't mistake celebration and a recognition of such as delusional or being whipped by an AMP, etc
They deserve better
You give what you take.
My 2 1/2 cents.
