hey civ, i completely agree with you. i've been out on the strolls a few times in the last 3 to 4 months and if they aren't completely used up by the drugs and the life, they are asking 80 to 100 for a bj. i was a few blocks south of oaktree about two months ago and picked up a nice looking blonde. she asked 80 for bj, when i countered she said "no way, i'm not cheap!" then as she exited my car, she said, "don't come back out here unles you have the right amount!" honestly, i was stunned.
