I've seen Nancy three times over the past few years. Each time she was at a different location. However, every time was in a safe location such as her house or a studio. She is difficult to schedule time with and is quite flaky. BUT once you are able to see her, you'll get a really good massage (she is a former LMT) and she is quite fun to talk to. Standard HE and $100/ hr. I think she raised her rates recently to $120/ hr.

I saw Mandy recently, and while I will echo others at it being a fun time that I intend to repeat, a note I may have missed in the discussion: the pics on rubrankings are 100% fake. They're not even the right nationality (they're of a slim Brazilian model; she's an extremely busty white / asian girl).
Not having had experience with this group in the past, I assume the others (Samantha in particular, as she was next on my list) are fake as well?

Update and Trina
Sam has increased prices and now wanting deposit for appointment. Evidently. Her words, she is too busy.
Also, for those of you who have seen Trina, have you ever done so in her private residence? I've always thought she hosted in extended stays.

![/QUOTE]You haven't seen Trina lately if you saw her in an Extended Stay. She has been working out of a residence for over a year now. And $250 is a fair price for the visit you can get with her. Not to say she does the same thing with everyone, but what she does with me, is worth it.

Got a message from Sam yesterday saying she has changed her rates to $260 if I am not mistaken due to the demand. Said she would also do a deposit to secure a spot. I'm not big on deposits and I guess that takes another one off the list, if her menu isn't changing as well. She is a great looking female and I enjoyed my time with her. Let me know your thoughts.

Maybe if there are other services but no $260 for HJ She's a hot woman but her hands aren't made of gold. If you mongers pay that you are crazy next all of them will go up to $300. I recommend stay away a couple weeks the prices will go back to normal.

I get that she's hot but personally would never pay those rates for a massage with no extras, even if teasing and mutual touch allowed. Not judging anyone who does, it's your money and spend how you want. But I'd rather spend $160 for a 1/2 with someone like Vicki and have her be all over me from the minute I walk in and allows pretty much everything, doesn't watch the clock, and will definitely get off multiple times (if you click). Not as good looking of course but she does have that MILF next door vibe to me. She's one of the few that you really need to eat your wheaties before you see her.

I wouldn't pay that price either, but let's be honest: they could probably make it $500 and still have more business than they can handle, at least until they find a better space. Capitalism is a ***** sometimes.

Many are now making bank w / o having to even see anyone in person.
If someone has more requests than they can handle. I don't begrudge them charging what they can. If its more than what I am personally willing to pay so be it.
The only time I am upset is when services rendered do not match services offered.
If you charge for a 1 hr massage. I better not be out of there in 20 minutes.
If you press for upcharges during a session. Make it clear there are upcharge fees in advance.
