You appear to be looking for an argument where none exist. If you have 100 people in a room with 100 differing points of view, does that mean they all have to argue? I say thee nay! What it means is that if these 100 people are truly mature adults, they can understand the fact that not everyone sees things the same way and respectfully agrees to disagree. Without rancor, without animosity, without sticking false and disparaging titles on one another. That is-if the 100 people are even capable of adult discussion without disrespect and needless name calling.

This is the reason I can't stand any type of discussion that has even a hint of politics-it always gets ugly and just brings out the very worst in people. Politics-like politicians-have an uncanny ability to play on peoples worst fears and turn them against one another. It wouldn't surprise me to find this discussion pushed down to the fight thread-there seems to be a determination here to turn what should be an intelligent adult discussion into a pissing contest.

I see where this is going. For my part-I'm through with this. I am not interested in debating politics with you or indulging your blatantly obvious desire to argue. All I did was ask "Where are the pictures?" Use of the term "libtard" is what pushed things into a political direction. And it all went exactly where It always does any time politics gets in the mix. So are we to assume that the local favorites name starts with a M and is now working with law enforcement? I received a text the same day she was arrested saying she changed her number and I should text the new number? Thinking it was a setup?. If they are now recruiting workers to assist agents of the state in setting up and arresting citizens, the rules of engagement no longer apply. If citizens have no presumption of innocence and if the assistants (deputized) of an induvial is utilized under threat of imprisonment to incriminate or abatement of pending charges, to charge or publicly accuse individuals and potently law-abiding citizens that might simply want to offer a pretty girl a ride or hit on a girl. This is lawless.

I suspect the officer you encountered was very competent and understood the law and the constitution and made his decision accordingly. Kudos to him for protecting the constitution. The constitution must protect everyone. Including people you my not agree with in consideration of their life choices.

And let use never forget with out law enforcement there is no civilization, no security for our community's. We need them. Thank you for your service.
