Keep in mind that this is a criminal charge. You are best to keep your mouth shut completely. They have you on tape, and anything you say will be held against you (duh). The cop is not your friend, your buddy, or on your side. He will try to make you open up and talk. Do not do it. Since it's a criminal charge, this also means you are allowed a jury trial and court appointed attorney. Anything that you can do that will cost them money, especially in this economy, do it.

The reason for this is that if you get found guilty, you are looking at maybe a couple hundred dollar fine, court mandated classes (total joke, and just gave me an excuse to drive a few blocks more and mongor) , possible SO status (depending on the charge-you can HOPE for only solicitation to commit an illegal act and avoid this) , and probably not any more jail time than when you were arrested. Even if they were to find you guilty, the hope here is that the prosecutor will look at the case, realize that the city is going to spend probably a thousand or two on your public defender, court time, jury time, etc, and either dismiss the charges completely, or plead you out. Financially, this is cheaper for the city. There is no reason you should end up on the SO registry if they decide to plead it and not dismiss. That should be your main concern if it gets that far. You don't want it to follow you for the rest of your life, just because you are patronizing a SP.

Bottom line is that fining you is an income stream for the city. They don't give two shits about you, the girls, or whether what you did hurt anyone. The way out of it is to disrupt that income stream and not make it worth their time. Just my $.02

Out and about after playing some card at 2 am to 3 am. Started out on 54 and D, saw nothing til past 28th. 2 plus sized BSW. Turned around and headed back to 44th. Sometime last week on my way to downtown, I saw two average looking WSW by vision and burton area, so I decided to make a turn on griggs and vision and luckily for me, one of the WSW was still around.

She has been review somewhere on either the general section area or streetworker section at GR, I have a small history with her too, so I kind of motion her to get in my whatever and she was happy to see me since I called her by her name I believe, I was just catching up with her to see if she is going to play the up selling game with me and after five minutes of her with me in the vehicle, I felt that she would not, so I decided to get some BBBJ and I kind of have a little bit regret, since I think she gave me the cold[JOKING] LOL.

One pass on Division between 28th and Market at 6:54 AM. Nothing. Decided to go out to enjoy the sun during lunch. Strolled for 45 minutes on Division between 28th and Market. Saw 2 BSW (both larger) .3 WSW. The first WSW had red hair which was a little longer then shoulder length. The second WSW was wearing a white coat; she had short hair and a gap between her 2 front teeth. The third WSW was very good looking; I spotted her at 1:03 PM between Burton and Alger (east side of street). Out of the 3 WSW she is the one I would have selected. But once again I spotted the nicest looking one on my way back to work. I am sure someone had a good time!
