About that sting that went on the other day. When the news aired the footage of the busts, one of the hidden cameras captured a view from the outside looking down the driveway which also shows the houses on the curve that the road takes. I recognized the location in a split second. I live 5 houses down! Its a 2 story house where there was a murder / suicide 7 years ago and the house has been vacant ever since. I don't know the exact circumstances regarding who has possession of the house now but it was used in the sting. Its in Poinciana by the way which has Polk and Osceola sheriffs working the area.

Apparently, our officials are having the brilliant idea to have a school for mongers, oops, arrested mongers aka johns. While we need funding to improve the education for our kids, provide safety for them, incresae teachers salaries, etc..., our genius officials are thinking to use that funding to create a school for consenting people trying to have fun. My question: Is the tuition free or will we need a loan to attend this one too?

Really? Lots of bottom feeders. My favorite is the guy that was arrested for soliciting an undercover that had busted him once before. Now, that is what we call natural selection at work. I do applaud the Polk sheriff for his efforts at trying to go after human traffickers. Grady is right, mongers are figuring it out, thanks to this great forum and the news releases.

Remember this as well, guys and girls: Polk County has more area than you think. Davenport, parts of Poinciana and some streches of Hwy 192 are all located within Polk Co. Don't just think Lakeland and the vicinity. Not knowing this little fact has cost many mongers and providers dearly.

They did not have the funds to defend themselves in multiple state lawsuits. BP however is very large and very very profitables and will probably not bow down any time soon.

These talks of AG's attacking BP, have been going on for years.

Most of you gentlemen don't know, unless you are posting ad's in these sections. In comparison, these are similarities of changes that occured just before the demise of CL CE section, that have already occurred with BP:

1. Rate hike for ad posters. Went from free, to $10.

2. Moderation of photos before posting.

3. Limit on length of advertisement.

4. Limit on suggestive phrases and "hobby-related" acronyms (such as) BBBJ, roses, squirter, greek, GFE, quickie, etc.

5. Credit card requirement. (Some banks do not allow purchases for BP ads, Chase is one of them, Rushcard (a Chase affiliate) sent an email letting BP posters know they would declin e BP purchases.

You get the drift. It isn't necessarily human trafficking causing concern for these AG's, it's the Money Effect. Most have classified BP as "deriving proceeds from prostitution". Although that would never be battled, because the section would disappear, just as the CL ES section was collecting $10 per ad at noon, and by 3 pm, had an apology stating the section was down temporarily. Another example was another site, whose offices in Philly were part of a major operation. Lots of members here were also members and reviewers on that site.

My point was, these things CAN and HAVE happened. It goes on, and some of us simply don't pay attention to the news that isn't on the front page. More than one media outlet exists, and I bet if you put a few random words regarding the topic into google, you just may learn something.

The law of supply and demand cannot be repealed. I don't care how many AG's try to get BP to "shut down".- the demand is far too great and BP only facilitates the supply.

On that note, don't we all agree that the donations asked for and given to SP's is a direct reflection of this #1 law of economics? And if the AG's did successfully get BP to shut down the adult services part of their site, how long until the replacement is in place and working? That is what happened with CL. CL shut down in September 2010 and within a month BP had an increase in advertisers equivalent to half of all the CL revenue. The rest went to other sites. That is significant because it just goes to show that the advertising dollars will go somewhere.- but it didn't all go to BP. So, the AG's had it all in one place with CL. Now it is scattered. If they get BP to shut down the ad dollars will go somewhere else, probably more broad that even now. If what they want to do is end child trafficing (a noble cause) their strategy is really flawed.

Hey, we will find the SP's.- we got along just fine before CL and BP and we will get along fine after it, assuming it eventually either shuts down or makes it harder to find what we need.

Then, back to the whole supply and demand law that cannot be repealed. It is a natural law like gravity.- you cannot repeal that law, either. There is a reason SW donations are significantly lower and that those on BP are higher. If you go to some other sites that will remain nameless in this writing the donation goes up and up. I love the comment by Barbara Bush, one fine first lady, when commenting on the Monica Lewinski mess, "Clinton lied. A man might forget where he parks or lives, but he never forgets oral sex, no matter how bad it is." Yeah. I have had some pretty bad BJ's for not much coin, but a BJ is a BJ. Supply and demand. Never forget, in all but one county in Florida, the sheriff is an elected office. Everything a sheriff does is designed so he can get re. Elected. If the good people of Polk County cared that he spent thousands to "rescue" one girl (and they still haven't said she was a victim of trafficking or just another kid with a part time job), then they can vote him out.

On the other hand, a quick look at state crime stats shows violent crime is down 25% and non. Violent crime is down 20% under his watch. That's not a bad thing.

The moral is, don't answer a BP ad for an under age hooker that lives in Polk County -- or, better yet, please do answer that ad so someone gets you the help you need.

All during school, growing up, college, etc. We are always told that we are supposed to find a member of the opposite sex, fall in love, and mate. Religion tell us this. 90% of every song ever written is about the opposite sex, love, having sex, girl of a lifetime, etc. Most books written have sex as its main theme. Movies galore are about love and sex. Almost every single advertisement ever made has sex, attracting the opposite sex, or love as it's theme. It's as American as apple pie.

So, what about people that are not able to achieve this perceived norm that everyone touts to us? Let's examine this: what about people that are crippled, handicapped, have MS, Parkinson's disease, have deformities, midgets, are socially inept, have insecurities, are not comfortable around the opposite sex, or are just plain butt fucking ugly. What about them?

I know for an absolute fact that there are wonderful providers right here in town that have clients that suffer from what I have described above. These giving women allow these men to have some chance to feel good about themselves, to touch and hold a woman, to talk to a woman, and above all, to actually have sex with a woman.

My point is this: the constitution itself states that ALL Americans are ENTITLED to the rights of life, liberty, and the PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS! Are the individuals that I described above supposed to be exempt from these basic rights? Apparantly so, according to the barbaric, antiquated, anti. Prostitution laws of this country. Think about it, some guy that has been cursed with the horrors of Parkinson's disease is also cursed with the inability to ever feel a woman in his arms again. An individual that was born deformed, maybe without an arm or a mutilated face, is not only cursed with that problem but is also forbidden to ever have sex with a woman. After all, no woman would ever want to touch him unless she was a paid escort. How many times have you seen an individual and looked at him with pity because of his physical appearance. You think, "that poor bastard, you know he can never get laid." You are correct in that statement because of our stupid fucking anti-Prostitution laws in this country. This individual is either cursed with never touching a woman or risking being arrested for the cardinal sin of actually wanting to be with a woman.

Did you know that in the brothels of Nevada, the workers there are required to service ANY man that comes into the establishment? They just might have something there.

My point is simple: we, as Americans, are entitled by our Constitution to the pursuit of happiness. Being with a woman is at the top of that list, especially for someone with the problems that I have mentioned.

I want to make a challenge. Is there any lawyer out there that wants to make a name for himself and challenge the constitutionality of the anti. Prostitution laws? You could make a name for yourself if you took the angle that I have laid out here. Why should a deformed, crippled or sick person be condemned to never, ever, be with a member of the opposite sex just because of these stupid, ridiculous anti-Prostitution laws?

You think, "that poor bastard, you know he can never get laid." You are correct in that statement because of our stupid fucking anti-Prostitution laws in this country. This individual is either cursed with never touching a woman or risking being arrested for the cardinal sin of actually wanting to be with a woman.

Did you know that in the brothels of Nevada, the workers there are required to service ANY man that comes into the establishment? They just might have something there.

My point is simple: we, as Americans, are entitled by our Constitution to the pursuit of happiness. Being with a woman is at the top of that list, especially for someone with the problems that I have mentioned.

I want to make a challenge. Is there any lawyer out there that wants to make a name for himself and challenge the constitutionality of the anti. Prostitution laws? You could make a name for yourself if you took the angle that I have laid out here. Why should a deformed, crippled or sick person be condemned to never, ever, be with a member of the opposite sex just because of these stupid, ridiculous anti-Prostitution laws?

I have intimate knowledge of LE and intimate knowledge of criminal investigations, neither of which give me any confidence in LE regardless of how hard they pound themselves on the back.

The worst part is the dreaded arrested record that any one can see by googling your name. Clearly having this coming up on a search of your name will scar you for life. If you know how, you can order an foia with specific criteria. Reported crime, arrests, and open cases are just that. These are not indicative of actual criminal activity. Fact is most crime, especially violent crime is at an all time low in this country. However, with a billion news channels, blogs, and a geneal lack of real journalism, it's easy to flood the news with crime stories. 30 years ago, one seldom saw crime reports on the news unless it was a big deal. As far as solving crimes, they are now at only a 40 percent rate of closing out homicide cases.
