Even if your car is in working order and your license is clean (they may run your plates if they're behind you). They can still come up with reasons to pull you over if they want to. My observation it that there's always a handful of SW's out. They have to feed their addiction 24/7. So they're out there. You have to find them. Patience, & diligence is needed in this hobby.
