Was in Wichita and decided to take a run down Broadway area. Before hand I stopped at the QT on Douglas. Saw a tan minivan with the driver wearing a uniform type jacket with a badge on the sleeve. It did look like the authentic jelly donut eating type if you know what I mean. Sorry, couldn't quite get the plate due to all the mud/slush sludge, but it wasn't government tags. So I kept an eye out for it on the cruise. I did notice a BSW in a checkered hoodie but it was at the very beginning and I like to look the area over before committing. You know, looking for tan minivan in a nearby parking lot or side street. She eventually made her way all the way down to the Walgreens before turning around. I'm not going to mention the club because I don't want to bring extra attention and a tightening of the reigns, because I think that to go menus are coming back in style, but I did want to warn about one dancer.
