If she sent you a driver's license pic it's pretty easy to find out if she's a real person. If she's real my guess is she may have moved on. The ladies on SA are looking for a SD to get some $$. We know what they want, they know what we want. Extended back and forth texting without advancing to $$ doesn't help them. My recommendation is to look for the next candidate. I've found that easy on SA.

I've found SA to be the better choice because you pay a flat fee for the month instead of the credits system that SB uses. Having to pay to open each conversation just invites abuse IMO. I've had lots of success on SA in the past (with the caveat that I haven't used it in the last two years when things seemed to have gone a bit sideways there with all the "online only" girls and other time-wasters.) I've had almost no luck on SB. I pay to open a conversation and then the girl's profile disappears. Or she says she not in Wilmington when her profile says she clearly is. But to your actual question, which site has the most real women. I'm not sure. I feel like I see more TGTBT girls on SB but that's just a gut feeling. In my humble opinion- SecretB is a total waste of money, I've sent out hundreds of messages with very few responses and went to dinner with only one lady on that site, but didn't have a connection. Now SA is a totally different story I've kept a journal with all my experiences and the cost of them. SA I've met 26 ladies since last summer, of those I still see 6 at this time. About a week ago I got back on Seeking to see what things were like. The standard per-date rate seems to be around $400-$500 with some girls asking for much more. I've had several turn their nose up at $300, which not too long ago was the premium rate. So as with all things these days, inflation is pretty rampant.
