I found Dianne (tall smoking bod, feathered red head with tats) tonight around 11pm. She was at the corner of Armitage and Pulaski wearing a long leather coat. Ran north on Milwaukee saw much LE activity, was going to cruise west on Diversey to Pulaski, but got too hungry to spend the time cruising. Actually thought about going out later, but fell asleep on the couch. Getting too old for this lifestyle.

Guys, on the issue of black vs. white. First, I'm neither. Second, a few years back, I was cruising Clark/Diversey area. Saw two sw's one black 4-5 scale, one white 3-4 scale. Chingon, nothing amazing except that in the last 10 years prices have tripled for the area. I used to work on North Ave. by the tire shop. You could walk out at night and the girls would be waiting right by the viaduct or along the street just west of the Amoco. The place was on Milwaukee, just south of Division. I'm not surprised they got busted, they were not very discrete. I only went there a few times and the service was always kind of hurried. I was there with a buddy and he got pissed when the good looking girl with him wanted $200 (on top of the house charge). I tried explaining that to spend less than that he needed to run to Peking or pick up a SW. You could go in if things were slow and they would get you a beer and shoot the breeze. I have been through Uptown a few times lately in the afternoon rush. I noticed some fine, thick (black) women over by the Aragon. Sure seemed to be doing the SW shuffle. There seem to be women there a decent amount of the time, and they all seemed to have their teeth, which is a bonus in the looks department, but may be a drawback in the bj department.

Quite often when you tell a girl you want to go to a hotel, they'll say they want a little more money. Hi, I've been lurking here for a few months but this is my first post.

What brought me out of lurkdom was a bad experience I had yesterday at Roosevelt and Ridgeland.

I picked up Kristin (later I heard someone yelling "Melissa" at her so obviously this was a fake name) around 4:00PM. She was pretending to be on the phone at the Mobil station on the corner. She was white, seemed young (about 20 or so I would guess) blonde, petite and very atractive. Settled on $30 and she said she had a place nearby.

Well, it was only a few blocks away and when we got there, we walked around the house to the back door and she insisted on the getting the cash in advance. You got caught with one of the oldest tricks in the book - but don't despair - it happens to everyone, and sometimes we just get caught with our pants down. I have been around Argyle a lot over the years and don't think I've seen any asian SWs.
