I frequently read the Indianapolis posts before our options finally opened up in Muncie last year. $200 all in was the average I was seeing.
Personally, I've only gotten FS twice (one at Madison and one at 10th-Anderson). I purposely only take $200 with me. I pay the house fee and whatever is left over is what I have to negotiate with. They both quoted $200 for boom-boom, but all I had to say was that all I had on me was $120 or $130 or whatever and they both agreed to it. $200 is my limit, and even that is steep in my opinion.
