There is street parking in front of the place. You can also park in the lot across the street. TOC salon is connected to a men's barber shop. There are woman getting manicures and haircuts while she works you in the small room. The old location in Rosemont use to have some therapists who provided fun. The one time, I thought the phone lady said Tina, but it was Dianna. Dianna also says she works a legit spa in Evanston. Don't believe the 2 Devon spas are related. Went to Park Ridge once and did not like. The room was so small, I felt like I was in a closet. Plus the people in the salon was uncomfortable.

The under 30 EMP scene in Chicago is dead and probably won't be returning any time soon. I don't understand what the problem is. In other parts of the country, like the Philly area, they are tons of them. I'm sure there are plenty in Miami as well. And yet here in Chicago, with an already sizable Ukrainian and Polish population, not to mention people fleeing the conflict in east Ukraine, we can't get a few massage licenses to some Baltic 20 year olds willing to make us happy for tips?

Tat's has a place on Milwaukee, about 10 minutes north of the Loop. Service is very YMMV. They used to have a table shower, but every time I call, I'm told it doesn't work (whatever that means.).
Most of these girls are suburban college students or soccer moms, so most of the EMP offices schedule appointments far north or west of downtown.
Years ago, Veronika at Seventh Heaven told me she had a place to see clients downtown. She's extremely hard to reach now for appointments. Best bet would be to see her at 7th, if you can, and work from there.
While I'm going down memory lane, Lisuania's just west of the Loop was a great place for a 4-handed session and TS finish. These day's, it might be worth the research to poke around Ukrainian Village to see what pops up.

I had a dream that I went to CT for the first time on Shermer. Was expecting to see an older woman in my dream due to posts but was shocked when an angel named Anka, appeared.
