Most of the time it borders on entrapment, and guys can simply say they were "role playing" in a fantasy chat when trying to solicit an underage girl. It's been used in numerous cases successfully since the dawn of the Internet age. It's the same thing as drawing cartoons of a 40 year old guy having sex with a 16 year old girl. Might be bad taste, but nothing illegal about it.

In progress currently there is the exact same ad that was used in last decembers liberty sting being posted on sumosear and STG in Cleveland. I have learned several things about this, in this sting STG ad, there is no disclaimer unlike in a real one. Also absolutely nothing sexual is mentioned, just that they are looking to have a good time and meet people. The age is listed at 99 years old, just like it was in December on Youngstown sumosear. So that's a lie, and that also means those guys must dig their own holes in addition to being dumbasses. I'm almost positive we will be seeing arrests within the week and I'm sure Youngstown is next, although I'd never dream of mongering in the suburb areas where they hold their stings haha. SumoSear saves all of the ads so you can go back to early Dec. Of 2020. And these most recent ads, while they will disappear from STG within the next few days, Cleveland sumosear will save them so you can get an up close and personal look at these scumbags ads. Was wondering why the area has been so dormant with no regular John stings lately, looks like the task force is actually going after real crime and finding scumbag traffickers instead of going after good guys looking for adult women. Whats next? Are they going to knock on every dudes home and say "hey, your wife cooks and cleans in exchange for sexual acts, were charging you with engaging in prostitution" ? Can't see how they can make that charge out of this. The drug charges should have been all that was filed.

This report which I thankful to read, is a perfect example of two things. 1. If you are contacted by police remain silent. How would the police know the very detailed inter workings unless one or both subjects gave statements? Also on paper once the police received. These details it clearly met the legal definition to make the appropriate charges. Charges are not about convictions, it is about #'s.

Especially after a search warrant, they are instructed to make any and all appropriate charges. I am surprised they didn't get charged with down loading music and removing tag from mattress.
