Hell that is crazy ass New York. They will arrest you there is you have a soft drink that is too big? I would think they would need more than a condom to make any charges stick. They don't need much reason to harass you though.

So how does that make LE any different than the Johns? It seems hypercritical to arrest someone by doing the same thing they are doing? There is no way this should be legal. I am moving to Hawaii to be a cop. Let the tax payer pay for my fun time. I know in New Orleans cops are allowed to drink on the job to catch people, and even do drugs if they are undercover.

There was an article up north in pittsburgh pa I believe, about a year ago where during stings a cop was getting BJ from BP girl then busting her afterword. The response was he was not married so did nothing wrong that he did it to prove she was a prostitute.

Five people were arrested Wednesday in a prostitution sting at two Rock Hill motels located in an area of the city that police in the past few months have saturated to reduce overlapping crime and traffic violations.
Throughout the afternoon and evening, Rock Hill police officers and agents with the York County Multijurisdictional Drug Enforcement Unit conducted a sting operation that netted three alleged prostitutes and two men, said Rock Hill Police Executive Officer Mark Bollinger.
Rumors that prostitutes were operating in Rock Hill prompted authorities to launch the sting, Bollinger said. Police gathered more solid information within the last few months, he said, and launched the sting.
The motels targeted include the Super 8 motel on Riverview Road and the Ramada Inn on North Cherry Road. Both of those motels are housed within the city police department's Data Driven Approach to Crime and Traffic Safety zone, an initiative police and state troopers started more than a year ago to saturate an area of Rock Hill that saw an overlapping surge in violent and property crimes coupled with traffic accidents.".
