I used to think it was somewhere other than Broadway/Morgan, but recently discovered that there is a dock there (duh). I realize, though, that Camden has an official "Waterfront" area identified by street signs.
Was out late night Monday, Jan 1st and early morning Tuesday Jan 2nd because it was a little warmer and I had just finished seeing a normal girlfriend of mine in the area. Bunch of women out. Majority not my type (high standards), but there was definitely some for most guys standards.
Police presence was low, then moderate, then high, then moderate. Saw a possible setup of a sting over on Wayfield? Near the fire station and where Federal splits. Looked like they were clearing the area an hour or two before they were about to do an early morning sting. Also, earlier in the night I saw one cop sitting and watching a street and another cop acting as a chase car for when a car would go around the corner. Don't know what happened with that, because I kept going on my route.
Took off and finally saw something to my liking as I did one last stroll. She looked better out of her clothes, then in them. Smelled perfect, no odor anywhere including her ass. Nice tits and ass, small stomach, cute face. Got the number and address. Basically a regular chick needing some extra money. She actually never explicitly asked for money.
Also, noticed a pickup truck at Morgan & Broadway parked in the dark behind a semi. Who knows what he was up to, but I don't think he was a cop as I saw plenty of activity in that area and nobody got busted (or course maybe no one picked them up or bought drugs from the dealers in the area as well).
Camden has a bunch out there, but you better be careful.

YES, there is no conflict: female LE will get into a car, trust me. If you spot a WSW and pull over, an LE female may "take her place" in your car, and you will have been stung; there will be other LE cars around you quickly. So, if you see a likely WSW make sure she is the one who gets in your car. If you see other females around the spot, get away quick. You have been warned.

The stroll had a decent level of activity Saturday evening, even despite the rain. There were 3 near Morgan. Thin BSW who apparently has a record of being a bad experience, a 40-year-old blond with short, sexy, hair, and a 20-something mean-looking blonde with curly long hair (wearing a bandana that night).
I saw more LE than I cared for, so I split before long.
In the blocks closest to the bus station, there were also several. I saw a particularly nice-looking brunette with long, wavy, hair, who faced her back to the street as LE approached. I've seen girls do that before (either turning away or looking down). I wonder if this is a good approach for us to use to determine the legitimacy of a girl.
About 2 block away from Broadway, toward Route 676, there was an SUV (Tahoe, perhaps), parked on the side of the street with only parking lights on. This is an industrial area, so this looked a little suspicious. No other vehicles were around.
I have heard that a hidden camera is located at this intersection.
Score again at the Riviera.. Was full of action and picked up a hot blonde named Julie around midnight. Extremely cute and looked real familiar. Decided on 30 on a BJ and just drove around. It's really hit or miss. Times I could drive through nightly for a month and nothing and other times it is literally crawling with girls. Just be carefull as LE cruises through often and the Pennsauken police can be real assholes and even try ticketing you for tresspassing. They used to do that at the old Clover Hotel on Rt. 73.
I was in Camden recently, and had to make a stop at a restaurant to use the restroom. While walking into the building, I was approached by a guy hanging with a girl, saying she was starving, and wanted a burger. Being a paranoid monger, I had my wallet and money safely secured in my car, and had no money in my pockets.
I explained that I had no money on me(which they likely did not believe, since I was walking into a restaurant), but I really was just going inside to use the restroom.
I kicked myself afterward, thinking I should have pulled money from my hiding spot, and made a deal with an opening line such as, "well, what's in it for me if I buy her a burger", then negotiated for her to return my kind deed.
However, I was highly annoyed with the fact that the guy, who I can only assume is HER MAN, couldn't/wouldn't buy her food. If she would have been alone, and accepted food rather than a direct payment of cash (which would likely be used for something other than food), I likely would have provided food to her. Perhaps she should have been doing the asking.
I believe she really WAS starving, as I heard her scolding him for not being able to gather a burger for her. His response to her was "I'm trying...just give me some time." The poor girl was nearly in tears.
I actually felt really bad upon leaving, as I feel I should have bought her some food.

That may have worked!! I do know what you mean though as I have had something similar happen in the past. You don't want to piss anyone off and have a public confrontation because you were soiliciting some guys girl. And as always you go away thinking "What if"
I keep coming to the SJ thread and seeing posts about Camden but never had luck out there. Actually convenient for me, but always come up empty handed. Maybe I'll have to start giving it a try once more.

The most consistent spot is near Morgan, either between the Morgan/Broadway intersection and the first houses in the city, or between Broadway & the freeway interchange, on Morgan.
There are also usually quite a few as you drive away from Morgan toward the bus station, scattered throughout the blocks, but there are often too many people hovering there.
Just as with any place, though, a few minutes makes a huge difference.
For example, I was in Philly twice this weekend (early Saturday morning & early Sunday morning), and saw practically nothing. You, on the other hand, posted reports about your large successes on that same day.
Camden's worth a try, if for no other reason than to mix it up a little. I've realized that the Broadway stroll is so close to the K loop that you can actually make Camden part of the Philly loop. If nothing else, you increase the amount of time between 2 points on the strolls.
