And I wholeheartedly agree that a basic response takes only a minute and her ignoring occasional repeated requests for a reply is annoying. If you've officially retired you could have an automatic response for customers who supported you all these years.

But alas. That's too much to ask. I will attempt to meet up with Maria / Mellissa in the coming days.

Happy to know I wasn't the only one being ignored.
