I went to the pony the other day. While I appreciate the up-frontness of it all, I found the talent to be somewhat lacking, even on what shoulda been the busiest night of the week. The girls at the world famous place are much prettier and some are downright friendly.

I saw an ad for massage in one of the free papers that has ads for massage and aromatherapy and yoga, etc. I won't say where it is, you can get a paper and figure it out. This ad had clues like "the prettiest girls" and things like that. Usually if I go to a massage place it's a dissapoinment. Been a regular in the Tampa SCs for a while. In my opinion, it is hard to beat the ladies at Tanga. Pink Pony is known for the action there and the bust they have weekly. Mons is the #1 club and the gals there demand the $$$$. 2001 is a wanna be Mons and very pricey as well.
If you go to the Tanga there are some ladies to look for and some to avoid. I HIGHLY recomend seeing Allison, Rikki, Shannon and Phyllis. They are the best and most fun. Some others are good as well but do not work but one or two days a week so it is hit and miss with them. Avoid Tiki and Noelle. Tiki is a loud mouth New York ***** who is a hustler for money and very very loud. Noelle is known for being the club **** and has been taking medicine for several STDs for years. Touch her at your own risk.
If anyone has any data on the clubs over on the East side of town past Ybor, please post. These are the ones near and including Deja Vu.

The club whose name is similar to, red mixed with white small horse, has a great day time crew they are always so helpful and open to sugesstions. They offer private lap dances that are secluded from the rest of the club. The dances are not in a completely closed room but no one can see what is going on.

I've been to Deja Vu and Goldrush. Goldrush was actually recommended to me by a dancer at Deja Vu. I've always found the girls at Gold Rush to be friendlier. It seems a lot like the Pink Pony in this regard. The girls at Deja Vu are pretty but they aren't all that friendly at all. Gold Rush is not exactly the most...er...elegant place in the world...gets the job done though. They nickle and dime you to death there. 10 to get in, 6 for a coke, 30-40 to go back, and then whatever the girl can squeeze out of you.
I went to the pony and I didn't think the girls there were all that pretty. Did I just pick a bad night, or is Goldrush that much better?

The Deja Vu is a ok place with above average looking girls imo. The hustle is pretty high and so are the prices for what you get. I don't think you will get more than a regular lap dance here if thats what your looking for. It is possible they might have cameras in the back areas anyhow they charge too much. The Goldrush I have heard can be good some nights but the few times I have checked it out it was downright scary. I have yet to find a girl I would even consider getting a dance with there. If action is what your looking for this would vbe your place though. The girls are not shy about letting you know whats up and the place is set up for privacy. My favorite would be ybor strip for a combination of nice girls that tend to be a good mix, enough for most guys to find a few to you taste. Also the action in the back room can get fun if you pick the right girl.

I know exactly how much you paid. You see, I have been fortunate enough to have been in that same situation 2 or 3 times in my life. When such a thing happens, at least for me, the atmosphere changes somewhat. It goes from being a pure business transaction, I will give this in return for that, to a more easier-feeling type of thing where, I'm not sure how to describe it, there is not so much tension in the air. You don't have to keep thinking, am I getting my money's worth? What you have instead is something like someone doing you a favor and then you giving that person a tip.
Another factor is the control you get. Even if at the end you feel guilty about giving below a certain amount, at least during the act you feel great about the fact that she said you can give her what you thought it's worth and you tell yourself that if it doesn't meet your standards or expectations then you will give her much less. This does tremendous things to our ego and enhances the hobby.
So getting back to what you gave her. You gave her an amount above which you would have felt guilty but at an amount above what you really thought she was expecting. This was so that you could maintain that sense of control. There's nothing wrong with that at all. I have done the same thing when it happened to me and guys who have not experienced it will probably call us both suckers. Your right, Remsen. It was a great experience and I did feel as if I was in total control. You hit the nail on the head with that one.

This past weekend I visited Tampa with a female.

Did a whole lot of driving around in the area close to the Stadium a couple of weeks ago and didn't find anything...I mean no one. I was probably out for a total of 1.5 hours in the afternoon and 2 hours at night. I know there is action out there...anyone else having any luck with SW? Where?
