Like JasonCuse pointed out, I too came to the same conclusion after Google searching this chick's number and finding it in use by a Seattle provider who appears completely different. I passed that along to ChiILGuy33 who replied that everything went great at her place, and that she uses a text app which explains the recycled number.

Not sure what to think at this point, so I'll probably shoot her a message with low expectations and see what comes of it. Definitely going to have a plan B (no pun intended), plan C, etc. Kinda sounds too good to be true, but I've been pleasantly surprised / proven wrong in this hobby. *shrugs*.
