I won't say this is the case at all times because I successfully found one once. I was hanging out with a group of younger friends and met this chick Just by happenstance. I tried working one at a local market just never could make it happen.

You won't to go when it's slower and maybe sit in a section away from the front and management. Talk to the girl a little about her. Figure out her circumstance. Make a joke about how she "needs a sugar daddy. " From there, guage her reaction and go from there. I've done this before a couple times with success. If you think she might be down, get her number and hit her up from a burner number later.

There is no exact science here. Years ago I frequented the boards and sites until I figured out, these are all people with circumstances. I am almost exclusively UTR now, unless something too good to pass comes along. You have to be patient, and you have to be able to build trust fairly quickly. If you can't do that you are better off to stick to the sites. I have shared some finds in the past, but inevitably someone mistreats the girl and they come back to me wondering why my friends are a holes, so, I stopped sharing. There are ladies out there, everywhere, struggling financially and starving for attention at the same time. You can find them in retail, restaurants and bars, anywhere you frequent. Social media is chock full of beautiful young ladies lamenting their financial woes. Just remember, most of the time, this isn't a quick hit. You have to play the long game. Best of luck to you!

SA removes most doubt and cuts the chase. Otherwise I've found fun with bartenders, waitresses, or passing a single co-ed on a hiking trail by striking up conversation. I'm like you, middle-late 40's, attractive, fit, active, make more than I spend, and have substantial free time. I travel a lot for fun and for work, so I usually start a conversation about a trip that I have taken. Invariably they ask questions and always say they want to travel too. That is my cue to suggest hanging out and planning a trip.

These "relationships" typically run their course in 2-12 months. I mean, eventually, why'all are going to realize 20 years difference in age doesn't work long term. They get some life experience, get a couple stamps in their passport, and have an example of success that they probably haven't previously seen. I get to hang out with someone fun, share some cool adventures, and have a 20 something hottie to do things with. Most of these girls are tired of guys their age that only talk about video games, their truck, etc. Unlike many chicks my age, they like spontaneous hiking trips, concerts, or spending 3-5 days on the beach and can be packed and ready to go in minutes.

These are not transactional arrangements, rather they are true connections that run their course measured in months not 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
